Highly recommended!! Dr knows what he is doing. Very rare to see someone that tries to help you and suggest simple, yet effective solutions instead of insisting on expensive procedures. I travel 3+ hours to see him.

I was waiting in the office for 45 minutes while a woman at reception desk was chatting on her personal phone without any explanation. When I asked her how long to wait more she said soon, then it turned out that another 30 minutes. And she believes it's normal for any medical office. A good excuse for a mess she creates in the schedule. She was extremely rude, arrogant, zero knowledge of customer service and zero politeness. Probably it's normal for Soviet Union in 90s where she came from and stuck mentally (actually not only mentally) there and Queen's area but not for the modern society. But they will never be normal. Never know about it. Stay away from this place if you value your time and yourself.

He is really one of the best doctor's I have seen. He does not push for procedures or fillings that are not necessary. Dental hygienist is incredibly careful when cleaning my mouth and has given me great tips for oral hygiene. Definitely recommend Dr. Natanov.

Dentist is marvelous. I give him a 5 Star. the procedure of him running around into 3 office patients is overwhelming. This is a single dentist office, he has all three patient rooms filed and moves with in each one. so something that might take a 30 minute procedure might take 1 hour. But it is worth it he does amazing work. I did not fell any pain.
