Dr. Shaw graduated from the University of Southern California, and has been working throughout the industry since. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and of the Tri-County (local) chapter of the ADA. He knows what it is like to be just a number, and has seen the fears it manifests in patients. This almost always causes patients to steer clear of their dental needs; this takes a toll on not only their dental health, but their overall health as well. Thats why Dr. Shaw opened his own private practice in 2003 and has been working hard ever since to create a friendly, stress-free environment that doesnt manifest unwanted and unneeded fears.
You may see a new person each time you visit a mega-clinic, which dominate the local dental care competitive model; but at Dr. Shaws office, you always see the same smiling faces that never forget your name.

Straight forward, no upsells, remembers our conversation from over a year ago since i took a break from dental visits due to Covid. Helped me finally get my implant. Thankful for the honest compassionate practice of this place. Thanks to Arlene upfront who always follows up and reminds me of my appts

Dr. Hsia is excellent and his staff is wonderful. We've been seeing him for 13 years now and don't want to use anyone else!

Front desk lady has a bad customer services with attitudes. I was going enrolled my family with this office and now has decided to go somewhere else.

These guys are awesome. Never have to wait once we get an appointment and Dr. Hsia is wonderful. We have gone to most in Eastvale and most others want to just charge for everything, whether needed or not. Dr. Hsia keeps it realistic and only recommends what is needed. I could only wish I had administrative help like Arlene. She is always on top of everything.
