I always avoided going to the dentist because I had one bad dentist that never was able to numb my mouth properly and I always felt everything. I started going to Dr C and him and his staff have been amazing. I finally am happy with how my teeth look. I have more dental work to get done but he pulled my wisdom tooth, had a root canal and fillings with no problems. I highly recommend him to anyone.

35 years and counting for me and now my elderly Dad, consistently receive the most excellent care from Dr. Capobianco and his wonderful staff. For a few years, I was forced to visit other practices here and there because of in-network compliance with my employer's dental coverage but those other places never measured up to Dr. Capobianco's. His office is simply the best!

Had a good cleaning from assistant and found to have one cavity. Went to get fixed with dr c. He ended up doing another tooth as well along with the tooth I was going in for. This then lead to root canal for the wrong tooth which thankfully the endodontist did some tests on my which tooth needed the root canal. Endodontist stated "the root canal was needed from filling being placed so close to the nerve" back to Dr C and got crown placed. Called and asked for a reasoning of how this all went down and dental assistant was very rude and would not let me ask any questions. This one issue will lead to many friends and family not returning and finding new dentists in the area.

I called to set an appointment to have a bridge removed and recemented and was quoted 20 dollars for X-rays and 110 dollars for removal and recementing and was asked to either download the forms online or come in early to fill out new patient information. I arrived at my 10 am appointment and was quickly seated in the dental chair and x-rays began with a very nice assistant. Mr. Arnold Capobianco came in before the X-rays were finished and was discussing where the bridge was and when was it installed with his kind assistant. He then looked at the X-rays and started telling me about it was a 4 tooth bridge and I informed him it's a 3 tooth bridge. After discussing the options and asked him did he feel comfortable removing the loose bridge and recementing it he said no he did not, at this time I told him thank you and I would go somewhere else. From the moment he seen me he automatically wanted to do a root canal and not try recementing as I requested several times over the phone and in person. So I went to the desk thinking I would pay the 20 dollars for the X-rays and be gone but now the bait and switch begins. The front desk lady said the total was 80 dollars for me and it's better for me, I questioned where the other 60 dollar charge is coming from she said it was an emergency visit. I said I don't have an emergency I called and asked over the phone with her for an appointment and she said it would be 8-8-18. So after going over all of this three times with her I asked to see Arnold Capobianco she was very scared and acted if I was doing something wrong by leaning on the counter as we discussed it. She asked me to wait in the lobby and he would come talk with me that they had patients in the other rooms as if I wasn't a patient. He arrrived in the lobby and I showed him the paper where it's saying emergency visit and it was not an emergency and I informed him of what I was quoted over the phone was $110 recementing and $20 x-rays he told me "your conditions are different from yesterday to today" I informed him he was a joke and I would be getting my money back from him. After they had my $80 dollars cash he told me to get out of his office. Mr. Arnold I informed you very clearly I would be getting my money back very clearly watch and see, I never denied your charge of $20 dollars but for you to not be confident of doing a job is a major concern for the public. I understand times are tough for everyone but I whole heartedly feel you are after root canals when possibly not necessary. If you would have taken the time and not rushed into it in under 5 minutes yes I was watching the clock you could have received a better review. I also wanted to inform you as you were shaking when you said " your conditions are different from yesterday until today" is a huge sign you were not being honest. I see many good reviews on this site for him I wonder how honest they are being or did he change his bait and switch act recently. Let's all not be fooled by these types of places and inform others of good and bad business practices.
