Here at Santa Barbara Childrens Dental Practice, we are proud to specialize in pediatric dentistry. We truly believe in starting children off right when it comes to their dental health. It is our goal to ensure that each visit goes well so that they think of the dentists office as a good place. Our entire staff is wonderful with children, allowing them to relax while we care for their teeth.
Our dentists and staff have received extra training for primary teeth. Our goal is to protect your childrens teeth so they can eat and speak correctly. We will do whatever we can to help your children have the bright smiles they deserve.

Dr Annie is SO patient and gentle! My 2.5yr old is always hesitant at Dr offices likely because of all the masked people. But Dr Annie spent time building trust with my son, slowly getting closer to a cleaning and we are so so happy with her office! She did a great job and my son left saying he liked Dr Annie! She also shared some great tips when brushing/flossing a young child at home. Looking forward to a long relationship with her as my son grows!

They made the process of visiting their office in the midst of COVID easy, safe and Dr Annie came out after visit and filled me in on her after care. I feel blessed that my daughter is in great hands!

Dr. Jenn! Amazing! My daughter is in her comfort zone and happily listens to her! All the cute names they have for equipment, such as mister Thirsty. As well as her assistant ! Always such a pleasure to visit the office. And I know many of us can not say that for visiting the dentist.

Dr. Jen was wonderful! She took the time to explain any dental issues for both of my kids. Super kind and patient! She makes a visit to the dentist not half bad.

Dr Annie and staff are EXCELLENT with children. They take their time, explain everything as they go along and are very personable. I took my grandson today for a tooth extraction, and when they realized another tooth needed to be pulled (preparing for braces) they discussed it with my nine-year-old grandson and he was so comfortable that he said " sure, let's do it" before they even came out to me for the okay. When my daughter was young we had a very bad experience with a "children's dentist" so when we found Dr. Annie and staff we knew we found an excellent place for the grandchildren.

My daughters started seeing to Dr Jennifer when they were 2 years old. They are now 11 & 13 and have always loved going to the dentist! Dr. Jennifer and her staff treat my girls with kindness and respect. In addition, they explain what they are doing in an age appropriate way and their visits are never rushed. After their last appointment, I asked "How'd your appointment go?" My 13 year old daughter answered, "Great! Dr. Jen was super sweet like always."

Amazing pediatric dentist! Both Dr Annie and Dr Jen (and their entire staff) are so wonderful with kids, they make even the wariest of toddlers comfortable. And super knowledgeable and up to date on best practices! Highly recommend

My son has been visiting the children's dental office of Dr. Annie Pham-Cheng and Dr. Jen since he was 3 years old. We have always had a wonderful experience there. The dentists and staff are great with kids. My son has always felt very comfortable at his dental appointments and he has received great care.

We love Dr. Annie! Her clinic is clean, her staff is kind and professional, and she is absolutely fantastic with children of all ages. She talked and played with my kids and helped them participate In their cleanings so they were curious and not scared, starting when my kids were two years old. She has xray technology that doesn't hurt my kids' mouths when they bite down on the film. I am so happy we found her clinic and we will stay until our kids are too old to go there!

Dr Annie's rapport with children is stellar! She treats each child with respect and involves and informs the child with each step of the procedures. We couldn't be happier with her!

Our children have been seeing Dr Annie since they were about two or three years old and they are now almost 13 and 15 and absolutely love her, as do I. She is just so kind and patient and our kids always look forward to seeing her.

Dr Annie is wonderful! Always so very patient and kind. She always takes time talking to the kids, getting to know them, explaining what she is doing and what to expect, making sure they are comfortable and relaxed. We had a few dental emergencies and she was very accommodating trying to squeeze us in. Our kids love her and we all couldn't be more happy!

We love Dr Jen, she's very gentle and efficient. My 8 yrs old still doesn't know he had an injunction to treat his cavity (he did not see the syringe). She does not over treat, she will do what's necessary but she's not like other pedetriac dentists who want to put your kids to sleep and put crowns on their baby teeth! My daughter had beginning cavities in between her baby teeth that we just watched, they stayed small enough to wait for her baby teeth to fall. My kids just love going to the dentist!

Dr. Jen is awesome!! The staff at Santa Barbara Children's Dental have always been amazing with my son. He's been going there for almost 4 years and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
