  • Dr. Annette Theofilos Dr. Annette Theofilos was born and raised in the Shenango Valley. She resides here with her husband Tim. They have three grown children and a granddaughter.Dr. Theofilos is a graduate of Kennedy Catholic high school, Gannon University, and University of Pittsburgh school of Dental Medicine. She completed a General Practice Residency at Western Reserve Care System and went on to private practice in 1996.She is a member of the ADA, PDA, and Mercer County Dental society. She practices Holistic Dentistry with emphasis on natural health. She incorporates Ozone therapies for those who are interested in natural health.In her spare time, she enjoys family, hiking, walking and any beach location!

  • Dr. John C. Warren, DMD Dr. John C. Warren grew up in New Castle, Pennsylvania and attended The College of Wooster where he met his wife, Kymberly. Together they moved to Philadelphia where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Temple University in 2015. They currently reside in the New Castle area with their three young children. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Warren completed a one-year residency program with the United States Army in Fort Carson, Colorado. He also served a one-year tour to South Korea and four additional years in Anchorage, Alaska at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. As a native to Western Pennsylvania, Dr. Warren is both proud and excited to be back practicing general dentistry for the citizens in the surrounding communities. In his spare time, Dr. Warren enjoys woodworking, hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

    I tried to call and schedule an appointment and got hung up in the middle of phone call the front had major attitude

    My wife and I recently started going to Dr. Theofilos due to our regular dentist retiring. We've both gone here to have our teeth cleaned and my wife had an extraction. Like a lot of things getting used to a new doctor or dentist takes time to get comfortable in a new relationship. However, we have just learned that Dr. Theofilos no longer accepts our insurance. Whether we stay patients depends on how much out of pocket our payments will be from here on.
