If you are like me, you are probably nervous about getting your wisdom teeth removed, dont be. Dr. Boutros was totally on top of it. I chose to have all four of mine taken out at once, and I was expecting at least SOME level of discomfort but there really wasn't any. I came in, they put me to sleep, I woke up and there was no pain what so ever. If it werent for the stitches I would suspect they never performed a surgery at all! I know everybody's personal experience can vary, but I dont want to disount the Dr.'s professionalism and skillset in this instance; they make it seem easy. So if you are hesitating to have them removed, or have to for some reason, I highly recommend Dr. Boutros. Follow his post op. instructions, and allow yourself plenty of rest and I think you will find the hardest part about this whole procedure is living on soft foods for the days after. Thank you Dr.

Dr. Lu seems great but her Livermore front office staff is incompetent. They said they accepted my insurance, I went in for a consult after waiting 2 weeks for the appt and then the morning of my appointment to have 3 wisdom teeth removed, I was told they were not in network with my insurance and the quote is going up. After almost a month of waiting, I have to stay in pain because her staff decided to check actual benefits the day before the surgery and didn't even call to inform of changes. Im unsure why they didn't check this during my consult or prior to scheduling with my dentist.
