The majority of Dr. Fletchers continuing education has come from studying dental implants and the challenge of giving teeth, smiles and functioning bites back to patients that are missing or have lost teeth.

Trudi began with our office in 2001 as our front office coordinator, but has been working in dental offices since she was a teenager. She is now responsible for handling all dental accounts, financial consulting, HIPAA issues, and insurance questions. Trudi oversees many of the operations throughout the office.
Although Denise is new to our office, she was Dr. Fletchers first intern and has worked and taught with him since 1998. She also works as a dental assistant with an Expanded Functions license, allowing her to work independently with patients in our office (similar to a Physicians Assistant).Denise and her husband Chad live in Oakdale where they are busy raising and cheering for their daughter and son at most Oakdale High School sporting events.She loves to explore California and looks forward to every opportunity to visit the coast.
Debbie has been a dental assistant with our office since 1998. She has the most experience assisting Dr. Fletcher and has exceptional skills in all aspects of general, cosmetic and implant dentistry. Her strengths include patience and gentleness with all of our patients (not to mention Dr. Fletcher!). Debbie and her husband John live locally and are busy parents and grandparents. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering with the dental van and dedicates extra time to her church. She has also never met a stray animal that she didnt welcome home.
Shelley has been a dental assistant since 1991. She is well loved by our patients and enjoys getting to know each and every one of them. She assists Dr. Fletcher in most general and surgical procedures.When she's not in the office, Shelley is busy helping her husband, Paul, run their family diner in Hughson, CA.She also enjoys antique sales and has her own booth at Miss Potts Attic in Hughson. When she is not discovering her next antique treasure, she loves to explore the Sierra Nevadas or California coastline with her husband and three sons.
When she is not making smiles sparkle, walking her cats in a stroller or helping Dr. Fletcher fine tune his 1980's music playlist, you can find her actively working on a Bachelors Degree in Public Health and Administration.
Ashley has literally grown up in our office. Before choosing a career as a dental hygienist she and her siblings were all patients of Dr. Fletcher. Ashley does her best everyday to remind Dr. Fletcher just how old he actually is. Ashley is available to see patients Monday through Wednesday.
Holliday joined our office to help take care of patients after the COVID_19 shutdown. We loved her so much that we asked her to stay and we are thankful she agreed. She has been a hygienist for 10 years and was a dental assistant before that. As a busy mom, we only get Holliday in our office on Thursdays. Along with the country music, she helps us finish the work week with smiles and great energy.

Been going to Dr. Fletcher since I was a kid. He's approachable, explains everything in detail, friendly and knowledgeable. All his employees are friendly and helpful. He's created a very enjoyable and relaxed environment.

I know going to the dentist can be intimidating, but not here! I've been coming here for years and I will not go anywhere else. Prior to becoming a nurse, I had worked in the dental field for 16 years. So I know first hand how incredible Dr Fletcher's work is! He is talented, knowledgeable and honest. He makes you laugh, creates a fun welcoming atmosphere and even the staff love their jobs! They're all happy because he's a wonderful person and an incredible dentist. You cannot go wrong with choosing Dr. Fletcher! Other dentists wanted my 6 year old to have sedation, however Dr Fletcher had her laughing right through 2 fillings! This is the only dentist you need for all your family members!

I love this place!! The Fletcher Dentistry family has been caring for me and my families smiles for over 25+ years. It all began with my oldest daughter and then her younger sister. And then, we were so thrilled, when Dr. Fletcher started caring for adults! Now, me, my husband, my daughters and their husbands and their children's smiles are being cared by Dr. Fletcher and his wonderful team! My son-in-law had a terrible fear of going to the dentist but after going to Dr. Fletcher he has never complained about going to the dentist again. So, if you are looking for a dental team for you or your family that will take extreme care and be concerned for your health and well being, where the team is highly skilled and qualified, who will make sure you are comfortable throughout your visit, where the environment makes you feel safe and where you can enjoy awesome music and feel like you are with friends, then Fletcher Dentistry is the place to go. Even though we don't see Dr Fletcher outside of his practice we consider him a very dear friend. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

I discovered Dr. Fletcher as a recommendation when he was mostly a children's dentist and I took my two young girls there. He now works on our entire family and has for about 20 years. Love this office and the staff. Such a fun atmosphere and I enjoy the different music that is played. The office has the newest equipment and Dr. Fletcher also does dental implants. Such a great group and they make going to the dentist like hanging out with family. Highly recommend this fantastic office.
