Dr. Andrew Greenberg graduated from NYU College of Dentistry, and did his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Lincoln Hospital/New York Medical College. He is certified in Dental General Anesthesia in the Practice of Dentistry in the State of New York by the New York State Education Department, and is an Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Provider. He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the New York State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Greenberg is the past president of The Peekskill/Yorktown Dental Society and the Northern Westchester Dental Study Group. He is currently on staff at Phelps Memorial Hospital in Sleepy Hollow, NY, where he holds the rank of Senior Attending in the Department of Surgery.
Dr Greenberg has been voted by his peers as one of Westchesters Top Dentists; from 2009 to the present. This accolade was for the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery category. He is the recipient of the 2020 Westchester Magazine Healthcare Heroes Award.
Dr. Greenbergs inspiration for entering the field of dentistry came from his close bond with his grandfather, Dr. Samuel Gattegno, who emigrated to the United States from eastern Europe in the early 20th century. Dr. Gattegno practiced general dentistry for over 40 years in the Bronx, NY.
Dr. Greenberg offers patients quality care of the more serious and consequential dental circumstances. As an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in Briarcliff Manor, he deals with diagnosis and treatment of diseases, injuries and other conditions which impact patients teeth, gums, jaws and face. Specifically, his practice centers around extraction of wisdom teeth, dental implants, biopsies of lesions of the mouth and jawbone, surgical exposure of impacted teeth, surgical root canals and fractures of the jaw.
Dr. Greenberg has participated in multiple Humanitarian Dental Missions to Jamaica, with a team of general dentists and hygienists. On each trip he spends a week offering a variety of oral surgery procedures to approximately 100 people, who would otherwise never be able to receive much needed dental care.

Dr. Greenburgh has an amazing staff. His bedside matter is amazing he took me in twice in an emergency situation. I have nothing but great things to say. I trusted him with my 8 year old that has major anxiety.

I had such a great experience at Dr. Greenberg's office back in 2017 for a tooth extraction that I decided to make an apt with him for my wisdom teeth. Dr. Greenberg and his team are extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. Olga (front desk) and Sylvia (dental assistant) are both so kind and supportive especially for being as nervous as I was! Dr. Greenberg explained each step during the procedure and he and Sylvia made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I had 0 pain the days following the procedure, just the expected swelling. The office followed up with me the next day, and a week later I feel great, the swelling is gone, and the incisions healed beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Greenberg and his team to anyone who needs dental surgery!

I was referred to doctor Greenberg to get my wisdom teeth taken out. The procedure was nothing short of seamless. They took an X-ray of my mouth and explained to me all the options I had before the procedure. They thoroughly answered all my questions and made me extremely comfortable. I came in to Dr. Greenberg's office through a referral by Valley Endodontics. I needed a tooth extraction, and I'm happy that I was referred here. Dr. Greenberg was communicative throughout the whole process, and even made time in his schedule the same day I found out I needed the extraction. His team was also great, and were very attentive. I am a super scary patient who hates going to the dentist but loves to smile...so I need my teeth!! I had a broken tooth that was causing excruciating pain and I was terrified about what would need to be done. Dr. Greenberg extracted my tooth and prepared me for an implant to replace it. All was done very quickly and totally PAIN FREE! Dr. Greenberg saved my life and the office staff are too notch! Go see Dr. Greenberg!!

Absolutely incredible dental office with the friendliest, most professional staff I have experienced around the area. I had to get my wisdom teeth out immediately so I called Dr. Greenberg's office to see what they can do to help. Olga was extremely accommodating and got me in right away. Dr. Greenberg and his staff are truly amazing. I had a benign lesion on my upper lip that had to be surgically removed. I was very nervous and anxious about the procedure. Dr. Greenberg helped to ease my anxiety and even played my favorite music. A week later I had my stiches removed and it was flawless. I don't even have a scar! He is a very talented surgeon with a very calm demeanor. Olga and Sylvia are so competent and friendly. I am very grateful and appreciative of such professionalism. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Greenberg and everyone who cared for me in the office when getting my wisdom teeth out! Everyone was comforting, efficient, and I can honestly say that I enjoyed the entire process haha! Getting my wisdom teeth out made me nervous, but during my visit they offered & played a music station of my choice to help with nerves, talked me through everything, and never made me feel bad about being nervous. 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend to family, friends, and anyone looking for not only an extremely skilled dentist, but an empathetic and supportive dental professional!

I knew we would have a great experience with Dr. Greenberg when he called me himself to explain the procedure. My 9 year old daughter needed a extra tooth pulled and she was so nervous.
