I've been to many dentists in my life. There is absolutely no other dentist I would ever trust to give me an implant without any pain. He put two implants in my mouth yesterday and felt no pain during the procedure or after. Thank you, Dr. Mark!

I have been trying to reach you for almost a month now simply requesting my dental file. The women at your front desk have been a nightmare to communicate with. I find it difficult to believe that after being a patient for over 10 years there is no file on me. I need the make and the size of my implants so I can get my permanent crown done with my new dental office. Why is it such a nightmare with your front desk women? They really should trained on customer service!

Dental surgery is not likely on anyone's "bucket list"... Most of us feel anxiety, apprehension and expect pain and discomfort. My experience with Dr Andrei Mark and his team proved this wrong and exceeded all my expectations. I had an extraction and implant placement and experienced NO PAIN!! Dr. Mark worked quickly and expertly, in a relaxed manner, and his assistants were skilled and comforting. As an additional benefit Dr. Mark used a sophisticated new laser to promote wound healing post surgery. Probably due to this treatment even as the anesthesia wore off I had no swelling or soreness whatsoever. I highly recommend this dental surgery practice to any patient.

Who would have thought that oral surgery can be relaxing, even pleasant? Dr Mark has immediately put me at ease, made me feel comfortable and welcome. Not to mention an unobstructed view of the Empire State Building from my dental chair! On several occasions, Dr Mark found extra time in his busy schedule to accommodate my needs, so that I did not have to return for another appointment. Two years later, I cannot even tell the difference between implants and my real teeth - I need to check my notes to find out. My only regret is that I did not get implants installed sooner - what was I so afraid of?

very very rude staff always giving my daughter an attitude waited over a year for an implant paid in cash and all no one ever answers the phone when they do you get put on hold for a long time

Dr. Mark is MAGNIFICENT! There is a song from the Broadway show ANNIE titled "Your Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile". Dr. Mark improved my smile 100%. I was referred to Dr. Mark by my dentist Dr. Orenshein who's expertise in dentistry is superb! Dr. Orenshein recommended I have Dr. Mark look at a back lower bridge. Upon entering CPOS I was immediately at ease with the pleasant reception from front desk. Then " sensational Sara" greeted me and took 3D X-Ray's revealing far more complications & bone deterioration of entire lower teeth. Dr. Mark was sensitive to my shock in hearing this and took time to explain everything indicated on X-Ray's. He then told me he would send the x-rays to Dr. Orenshein who then agreed extensive oral surgery needed to be done. I immediately scheduled surgery with Dr. Mark. The procedure was explained in detail. The day of surgery Dr. Mark's masterful hands, along with skillful Sara's assistance & Lilton's precise molding for temporary fixture, the surgery was a major success! When you are looking for an oral surgeon go to Dr. Mark for a consultation. I whole heartedly believe you will instantly be assured this is the place, your 5 STAR RED CARPET READY SMILE WILL SHINE! I am a patient of Dr. Mark's of more than 20 years. He is not only a skilled oral surgeon, but has wonderful bedside manners. He, along with his staff, run a First Class practice where the patient is to be properly taken care of.

I had my one implant placed by Dr. Mark. It was my first implant and i was extremely nervous. Dr. Mark and all staff was AMAZING. I did not feel a single pain, no pain medicine was required after the appointment. Excellent job and very nice, friendly, patient & high professional people. I would recommend Dr. Mark to anyone!

There's some kind of magic happening here. I had two teeth extracted. So quick and skillful, I never even realized when he pulled the teeth. Next day, no swelling, no pain. I think Dr. Mark is some kind of wizard.

Oral surgery is rarely an experience a patient considers healing and inspiring, and yet this is how I felt after I went to see Dr. Mark for a bone graft and implant. He and his team exceeded every expectation. The procedure was completed within an hour, and absolutely pain free. The doctor and staff work very efficiently as a team, and the atmosphere is upbeat, and energetic. I am a physician myself and weary of the many potential complications of surgery. So when I choose a surgeon I look for experience and expertise. I got that, an excellent result and had NO pain as a bonus. I highly recommend Dr.Mark for any maxillofacial surgery.

Dr Mark and his team are life savers!! I had four wisdom teeth extracted at once and though I feared the worst, my experience was great and the procedure was fast and absolutely pain free. Everyone in the office was friendly and reassuring, and I healed within a week without any of the swelling and discomfort everyone else seems to have with this procedure.Both my parents are doctors and they only select the most experienced and skilled doctors for our family. Dr Mark is an excellent choice for anyone considering oral surgery. His surgical expertise is only matched by his kindness and sense of humor. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Mark and Staff are a great team. I had a bone graft and implant by Dr. Mark. I am one that does not like dentist but Dr. Mark made me feel so comfortable thru the entire process. Thank you Central Park Oral Surgery!

As a Google Guide, I take my reviews seriously and write them only after a lot of thought. I waited a year to write this review because I believe that only after a year of healing can you really tell people how good you think a surgeon and his work are. In few words, my review is: talk with Dr. Mark. I do not wish oral surgery on anyone, but if you have to have it done, I can honestly say you would be well advised to consult with Dr. Mark as you make the decision on who your surgeon will be. My wife and I needed serious oral surgery a year ago - four and five implants, plus three extractions and bone grafts for each - and Dr. Mark was one of the surgeons our dentist recommended. We went to one surgeon in Queens who told us my wife's case was too complex, so we were expecting a hard ride. Our dentist told us we should have MRIs done of our mouths to get a clearer picture of the issue (apparently not all surgeons do this), which is how we got to Dr. Mark. He's on Madison Avenue and we're off Greenpoint Avenue, so we were afraid we couldn't afford him, but we went for a consultation because he has an MRI machine in the office. We were so surprised when we got there. We felt the good energy right away. Dr. Mark showed us on the MRI why my wife's case was so complex, and said he would handle it himself. When time came to discuss the charges, we found out what an actually good guy he is. He could tell we are not people of means, and worked with us on the cost - I mean, seriously worked with us. He brought the cost within our range and allowed us to get Madison Avenue quality at a Queens Boulevard price. I am so grateful for that, because here it is a year later and we are fine, having had no complications or strange healing issues. Dr. Mark, Nurse Sarah and the whole staff made us feel very comfortable and relaxed all the times we visited them. They joked with us and treated us with kind friendliness. Let me tell you, that made a big difference. The good spirit they create in the office was very important to our experience as patients. The actual moment of oral surgery is a tough passage, but by making us feel relaxed and happy with the people around us, they made us able to make that passage as well as can be expected. Yes, the surgery was followed by a period of healing - three months of extremely soft food and another three of soft food - and when the implants healed there was the installation process of the new teeth (done by our dentist) and the healing from that, but the key to our good outcome was smoothly getting through Day One of the adventure. That's why I can sincerely recommend Dr. Mark. Your final decision will likely be the result of many factors, but as you're considering what to do you should talk with this guy. If your experience is anything like ours, you will be glad you did.

Where do I even begin? I have had a fear of the dentist my entire life. When I found out that I had to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted I was absolutely terrified. However, Dr. Mark and his entire team made this experience ten times easier for me. The surgery was super quick and I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience even though my nerves made it seem like I wasn't. From the front desk representatives to the dental assistants, they were just all so great. I am so thankful that I chose to go here for my oral surgery. 10/10 recommend going here. Thank you so much CPOS team, you are all awesome!

I had a terrible expereience getting my first two wisdom teeth extracted many years ago. It was traumatizing. To say the least, I was very scared and I knew had to find a new dooctor to get my last two teeth taken out. Very happy I found Dr. Mark. He was very helpful and so was his assistant. They both calmed me down and I had a MUCH better exeperience the second time around. Thank you, Dr. Mark.

Can't say enough about the level of actual care I receive here. Five stars for skill. Five stars for caring dentist and staff. A skilled dental surgeon with a heart of gold is a rare thing, and with reasonable fees, a wonderful support staff and clean, efficient and welcoming setting... I'm very grateful. I have been one of those anxious and sensitive patients and honestly was freaked out coming to the city and they got me through two extractions, a bone graft and two implants with extreme care. I walked out smiling. Great people.

I had to get my wisdom tooth extracted and it was a quick and painless experience. The office was immaculately clean and the staff were all really sweet. Sara especially made sure I was comfortable and made my experience even more pleasant.

My experience with Dr. Mark and his staff was very impressive. From the time I entered the office to the time I left my experience was top rated. They were kind and professional. The office was clean and comfortable. Dr. Mark's bedside manner was calming and assuring. His assistant Sarah explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything during my implant procedure and post op. I highly recommend this facility.

Dr. Rita Mizrahi is an excellent oral surgeon. She explained everything very clearly and made me feel at ease about the procedure. She extracted all 4 of my wisdom teeth including two partially erupted ones which were quite close to the inferior alveolar nerve. The procedure was easy and the recovery very manageable. And the staff were great, too!
