I am not the sort of person who ever writes reviews of businesses online. But my experience here was so bad, it feels like a disservice not to warn other people. Never in my whole life have I experienced such incompetence and I work in retail. I got to my appointment fifteen minutes early so I could fill out new patient forms. But there was no one at the front desk. No one came out of the dental room for over half an hour. By the time I did talk to the receptionist, there were two people who did not have appointments also waiting. The receptionist let those people in to see the dentist before me even though it was already past my appointment time. I ended up sitting in their waiting room for over two hours (and they do not have ac). When I finally got to see the dentist, she took about forty X-rays of my mouth using equipment that did not look clean. Once I got into the chair and told her about my pain and how I thought it might be my wisdom teeth, Dr. Rankovic told me she hadn't taken any X-rays of my wisdom teeth! But she said that didn't matter and they would get me a referral for an oral surgeon. Weeks go by and I hadn't gotten any word from the dentist or the insurance company. I called the insurance and they say they haven't received any referrals for me. I call the dentist and the receptionist assured me that they have done everything they are supposed to. I go back and forth calling these two for another two weeks. Both of them say that they've done everything they can. Eventually, I asked the insurance representative to open a grievance complaint for me. As soon as they did, Dr. Rankovic's office was magically able to send them my forms. But only half filled out and missing the X-rays! The insurance company went back and forth with them for another two weeks, requesting the completed documents. But every single time they just kept sending the same, half-finished forms. One of the insurance representatives told me that he has never experienced a dental office that was so difficult. In the end, I just ended up switching to a new dentist because Dr. Rankovic and her employees are not capable of doing their jobs. They do not care that I was in constant pain or that it was directly their fault. Go to any other dentist, please!

Very nice dentist great receptionist patient went well above and beyond to deal with my insurance to help me get my route canal covered and she is even certified in holistic medicine dr ana rankovics is a must go to if in need of a denist

I recently had a dental emergency and sought out several dentists prior to calling Dr. Ana's office. She was able to squeeze me in with her other patients that already had scheduled appointments. She identified the problem and created a treatment plan that I could afford, since I currently have no dental insurance. She really cares about her patients and makes you feel very comfortable. I was really blessed to end up in her office. She is definitely my number one dentist going forward.

My husband and I went to Dr. Rankovic two years after our last dentist visit (at an office which traumatized both of us). Dr. Rankovic is amazing! She was very honest with us about the state of our teeth and gums (unlike the previous office that quoted $2000+ for each of us). She was very pleasant, gentle and professional. We are so happy we found her!

Dr. Ana has made me feel confident since I walked in the door! I have been dreading going to the dentist for years and now is my 2nd visit this week! She is fast and efficient and most of all friendly! She definitely builds relationships with her patients and has a judgement free zone! I highly recommend coming here! She also accepted my medi-cal insurance I use health net but she accepts many insurances!

Loved and appreciate Dr Ana's friendly helpful professional service. She explained with much details everything she was doing and will be doing on my teeth and what's covered by my insurance and what wasn't covered in which she kindly gave me the option to choose after knowing what the difference was I felt confident. She saw me the first day I called, because someone canceled. I got x-rays, and a cleaning, both done all free and on the same day with nothing but a friendly caring staff (Dr Ana and her assistant Maria) ran the whole business by them selves and does such a brilliant job. DR ANA is an honest, hardworking, compassionate and fair dentist. Hope to have more good news to share following my next appointments.
