I went in for a broken molar (oyster pearl accident) and my experience was terrible... first it took 4 visits to get my crown right. the temporary crown kept falling off, then when I went in to get the actual crown the dental assistant drilled a hole in it before installing it and then trying to hide it filled it with some sort of gauze substance installed the crown and sent me home, while brushing my teeth I discovered the gauze material and pulled it out leaving a hole in the top of the crown big enough to put a ball point pen into, I called and they told me to come back in and they'd make me another one... waited the 2 weeks went in and THE SAME THING HAPPENED! They drilled another hole in it! Went in again for the THIRD permanent crown and while I was there the dental assistant (not the dentist) started trying to touch up a spot on my front teeth... I cried in the office and demanded to have the dentist come back in because she had filling all over my front teeth it wasnt smooth, it wasnt even the same color as my teeth, and there wasnt even a gap between that tooth and the tooth next to it, like it was 100% solid, my 2 teeth were now one tooth. the dentist attempted to fix this but it was a visible mess, and it ended up breaking off in my sleep a week later and taking a chunk of my front tooth with it. I had to go to a cosmetic dentist to have them repair the break. I called to complain and the front desk lady was a complete jerk. they ended up crediting me like 45 dollars for all of my issues. it cost me like $1200. I will NEVER step foot in that office again and highly recommend no one else does either.

This dentist and her team are awesome! I was afraid and embarrassed by the condition of my teeth but I was comforted and everything was explained to me-both what treatment I need and how much it's going to cost. I'm excited to take this journey and will continue to post my progress.

I love Dr Amy! She goes above and beyond to ascertain that you are happy with your dental procedures. She and her staff are very friendly and accommodating! April is very knowledgeable and helpful with insurance plans and payment arrangements! I highly recommend Dr. Amy and her staff for all of your dental needs.
