Dr. Shaibani is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed a General Practice Residency at Western Reserve Care Systems/ Forum Health Hospitals with concentration in dental surgery. His undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts in Biology also from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Shaibani is originally from Warren, Ohio.

Dr. Shaibani believes that optimum dental health and care are a combination of compassion, skill, and a continuous study and implementation of new methods, techniques and equipment. Dr. Shaibani and his team pursue continuing education in excess of Ohio State requirements and employ the latest technological advancements and state of the art procedures allowing for optimum care of their patients.

Guinevere Juckett was born and raised in Rhode Island. She moved to Northeast Ohio in 1987. She started her dental career in 1990 and has had a passion for Dentistry ever since. She is a graduate of the Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA) program at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and is registered as an EFDA in the state of Ohio. She is also a Certified Dental Assistant, aCertified Preventative Function Dental Assistant, and a CertifiedRestorative Function Dental Assistantthrough the Dental Assistant National Board. She is trained in CAD/CAM dentistry (computer assisted dentistry) and has achieved both level 1 and 2 CEREC Design Assistant Certificates through the Great Lakes Education Center in Detroit, Michigan. Guinevere has completed her clinicalfellowship through the American Dental Assistants Association.She believes strongly in infection control andis a certificate holder in dental infection prevention and controlfrom OSAP and the DALE Foundation. In December 2021, she earned Certified in Dental Infection Prevention and Control (CDIPC) certification, developed by DANB in collaboration with OSAP. She is a current member of the American Dental Assistants Association ADAA, American Association Of Dental Office Management AADOM, and the Ohio EFDA Association. Guinevere is President-Elect for the Dental Advancement through Learning and Education Foundation. (DALE Foundation, an independent affiliate of the Dental Assisting National Board)

Guinevere and Dr. Shaibani have been working together since 2000, and she has been acting office manager since 2005. She really enjoys working with everyone here at Middlefield Family Dental and she loves caring for the patients.
