I love Dr. Virk, she is not one to be emotionally charged but she means well. I have been coming here for years and I only had one instance where her MALE assistant was rude af but I don't think he works there anymore and the other staff came to my aide and made me feel better. Needless to say I have had many root canals done here and she is very thoughtful when it comes to pain, if you feel anything at all she stops and gives you more relief. Dr. Virk has your best interest.

Very competent and supportive. In my opinion she cares about the well being of the patient and doesn't recommend unnecessary visits or procedures. I will strongly recommend her to anyone looking for dental services in the Fremont area

I had gone to Dr Virks to get cavity treatment done. Once she did the filling, her 2 hygienist came to complete the procedure. The lady who did the teeth cleaning was extremely hard on my mouth. She knew I just had cavity filled she kept poking me. I asked her I want to talk to the Dr and she refused and said dr is on another appointment and cannot see me. When the procedure was done I was never given any instructions as to what I need to do nor was I given a mouthwash to wash my mouth. She was very rude. Even the front desk lady was rude . I felt the whole procedure was rushed and the staff was rude overall Planning to change my dentist I was planning to bring my girls but no more. Not happy at all

They billed our insurance $680 for a deep cleaning procedure that did not take place. They also told my husband that he had a cavity that needed to be filled, which he didn't end up getting filled due to the covid pandemic. When he followed up with a different dentist a year later, they saw no sign of the cavity on xrays or exam. Either it disappeared, or this office is a little over eager to bill procedures. Horrible. I followed up with office manager Maria and she told me to file a grievance with my insurance. I got the impression that she hears this all the time and just doesn't care. So much for assuming it was an honest mistake.

This is the worst dentist I have ever had. Run quickly. The office will add services not done. Verify all invoices.

I went in for teeth cleaning, only, since they're aware that I don't want unnecessary X-rays and procedures done, and I had an excellent cleaning and polishing!
