Dr Ali received a B.S. in Engineering in 1982 from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and M.S. in Engineering in 1989 from the University of Tennessee. In 1997 he received his D.D.S. from Howard University College of Dentistry. Dr. Alibakhshi completed his residency in general practice at D.C. General Hospital. Since beginning practice in 1998, Dr. Alibakhshi has pursued continued training and education to expand his skills in dentistry, including courses in advanced professional implant training, neuromuscular dentistry, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Alibakhshi is a Certified Invisalign Dentist.

Dr. Winnie Wong is originally from Germantown, Maryland. She attended the University of Maryland College Park and received her Bachelors in Biological Sciences. She continued her education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where she pursued her interests and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. After finishing dental school, she completed an advanced education general dentistry residency in Tampa, Florida which has provided her with additional training in all aspects of dentistry, including oral surgery, restorative, cosmetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and emergency treatment.With a prevention-focused philosophy, Dr. Wong strives to help her patients meet their dental goals and maintain their oral health. She is proficient in all aspects of dentistry with an interest in cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Nadarajah truly believes in the concept of healthy gums, healthy bodyand healthy smiles. At Perio Implant Centers of Maryland Dr. Nadarajah offers periodontal disease diagnosis and appropriate conservative treatments for his patients. He also offers dental implants treatments as well as treatment for Peri-Implantitis (failing dental implants).

He uses the latest technology and science to regrow bone (regeneration) in the jaws where bone loss was caused by infection from gum disease, loss of teeth, or injury. Camelliagraduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Dentistry with a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene Program. She received the Special Care Dentistry Award to recognize special projects, achievements, and aptitude of seniors demonstrating sincere interest in the dental health of people with disabilities and special needs. She also received Associate Professors for being a considerate, and professional humanitarian to each and every patient in her care as well as the Deans Faculty candidate in University of Maryland at the Shady Grove University. She has been working with several pediatric, prenatal, and patients with special needs.Camelliais bilingual (Farsi and English). She puts her patients at ease with her caring and positive personality, and she is very passion about her profession as a dental hygienist. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking Persian cuisine, and gardening.Camelliais a member of American Dental Hygiene Association (ADHA) and is devoted to the oral health care industry.
