Here I am sitting at this stupid place again, I scheduled an appointment for 1pm and here I am sitting at their chairs at 2pm when there is no one in here's , when you schedule an appointment here you should come 2-3 hours after because they will let you in after 2 hours and then Everytime you ask them what's taking long, they give the most disgusting attitude and they WILL YELL AT YOU. ANOTHER THING IS I BRIKE A BRACKET 3 MONTHS AGO AND THEY STILL NEVET GAVE ME A NEW ONE EVERYTIME I COME IN THEY SAY THEY WILL GIVR ME IT NEXT TIME AND HERE I AM WRITING THIS WITH A MISSING BRACKET. TERRIBLE SERVICE I REGRET GETTING MY BRACES IN THIS PLACE.

It's not worth one star rude staff and unprofessional dentist ever I don't advise anyone to have this experience you need to find a better dentis to fix the mess they did. His sister is the worst person she needs to be in a mental hospital she's so rude

The staff is extremelyyyy rude and unprepared. Even tho we have been patients for a very long time as a family, they refuse to see you in cases of emergency even if they are open in either of their offices, even if you are in excruciating pain. Very very irresponsible people

I wish I can give them a zero star review they are terrible by far the worst dentists office I have ever been in I went to pull a tooth they literally cut my mouth and every direction you can think of the dentist does not have a sturdy hand that's why my mouth was all cut up I had a filling not even for two months in and I called back to make an appointment and they told me I have to wait four months for a appointment which is just insane I don't even know how this place is still open with the way they treat their customers and how unorganized their scheduling is. After they told me I had to wait that long just for a cleaning I will definitely be looking for a new one and recommend that you guys do the same save yourself the headache. And for all the people that put a good refuse stop telling your workers or your cousins to put good reviews on your account actually do good work and treat your patients better and the good reviews come without making your employees or family members post them

DO NOT COME HERE. #1 Let's rewind, I'm in 7th grade and I need braces. My teeth were not in the worst condition, so I was hoping to get them off in a year or two. Turns out I was not able to get my braces out until my first year in college. I never questioned the orthodontists. They would always give me conflicting answers. One would tell me I needed another year, another would tell me one more month. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE AND HOW ARE THEY HIRED SO INEXPERIENCED?? My braces were on my teeth for so long that they stained my teeth and the damage has become irreversible. The self-proclaimed "doctor" Ali Sobh blames me for not cleaning enough, BUT HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO CLEAN IN AN AREA THAT HAS BEEN COVERED FOR 6 YEARS??? #2 I had some cavities and I needed a root canal. So the self-proclaimed "doctor" is getting ready by numbing my mouth. I explain to the doctor that I have extremely sensitive teeth and one shot may not be enough. What does the "doctor" do and say? After waiting only 5 minutes after the shot, he proceeds with the root canal and when I complain of pain he tells me to "man up". The procedure was done so poorly that fillings the "doctor" placed broke off a week later and I am sitting here typing this in excruciating pain. HOW DOES THIS GUY STILL HAVE A LICENSE??????? I URGE YOU, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT COME HERE.

My son had a severe dental abscess and was in dire condition, but Dr. Sobh and his staff were not only terribly unprofessional, but they made the problem worse. We were referred to "Dr. Moody", or whatever he's called by Ali Sobh himself. Some assistant who looked about nineteen, with no real training performed surgery on my boy. My poor kid had to endure an infected abscess that was nearly removed only to have it grow back double the size and become all festering and pus-filled. Now his gums are crawling with bacteria and he can't even eat anything. It has become a serious health matter and I won't be able to school him again until the infection is gone. The only thing they've done is put my son in the hospital.

Dr's got a 1 incher he tried showing me in the waiting room. Creep and would never come back. Showed X ray's of his Johnson to me by accident instead of my teeth.
