The called me to make an appointment and told me that my insurance will cover everything! and when I got there after 40min drive they said I have to pay out of pocket!!

By far one of the better dentists I've been to. I get so many compliments on my smile and recommend everyone to come here! The office is very tidy, organized and super professional. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. I love that they actually work with you and find best solutions- never left feeling unsatisfied!

I would leave a zero but google doesn't let us. Honestly from my experience the customer service is horrible. The front desk do not know what they are doing and should be trained more. I spoke with Nazira and rude does not even begin to explain her attitude. She was unwilling to answer any questions and told me to call back later for answers??? I am honestly disappointed the facility itself is very nice however their employees should not be working there without proper training. I had expected a great service but employees like her ruin it. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I was referred by my friend, after I seen the veneer s that Dr.Shaaban did for her I decided to get mines done with him as well. I was not disappointed my veneers looked amazing, I get lots of compliments on my smile. Thank you

don't EVER think about getting your braces done here. The guy's wife does it and they will rip you tf offfff. She tries to play with your head every time you walk in and try to steal your money. Waste of time and money. Won't even give me my refund back. They put the cheap quality braces on and they aren't supposed to charge you when you Barack your bracket for the first time. Very unprofessional! They will be hearing from me again

I really love this dental office the staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. Dr. Shaaban is very patient, caring and kind. I've been a patient here years and would highly recommend this office to all friends and family. Keep up the wonderful work guys.

I have been going to Artistic dentistry for 5 years. I was always very conscious about my teeth and needed a lot of work done but was worried about the financial detriment it would have on me. Dr Ali Shaaban and his staff have done wonders and transformed my teeth! I have referred all my friends and family and will continue to sing their praises. Lina in particular helped me with a payment plan and and supported me every step of the way. They have a family vibe and I love it :) thanks guys

I love going to this office, dr Ali is truly amazing at what he does. I moved 45 minutes away, I thought it will be more convenient to start seeing a new dentist by my area, but I didn't not like the experience. Now I drive to see dr Ali. And his staff are very nice.
