After having a crown on tooth number 14 and complained it was not comfortable more than 2 times vicit.i end up with cavity and root canal and a remake of the crown. The new crown also uncomfortable. Now after seeing another endodontist I discover I have an infection that goes to the bone because of the root canal job was not done correctly. Please think twice before you visit Dr santeiro

Go there if you want to be treated like rubbish and loose some teeth. Dr S will happily pull them out of you if you agree, or angrily set you up to loose them by withholding information and instructing his staffers to be plainly uncooperative. On June 10th 2012 went to Dr Santeiro (hereinafter Dr S). I had a wisdom tooth whose filling fell off and needed repair. Very simple job but Dr S refused to do it, he wanted to extract my four wisdom teeth instead. No explanation, just sheer arrogance and unprofessional/unethical manners, apart from being nasty and coercive. When he realized I was not going to buy into his no-questions-asked tooth-pulling extravaganza he wrote me off and walked away despondently. I asked for my X-Rays, also a quote for dental clean up as recommended by him. 7 (SEVEN) times I asked for my records! I was always reassured those were already emailed but that was a lie. 10 (TEN) Days after my consultation my tooth cracked and fell off while biting some stuff. I called Florida Dental to lodge a complaint, they had to get my X-Rays from these horrible people and told me afterwards it wasn't easy for them either. Upon seeing the X-Rays I realized damage to my tooth was severe, something Dr S did not care to explain. Nor there was any warning about not biting hard with it. Of course, he wanted me to loose it one way or another. I asked my long-term dentist (overseas) if I could have saved my tooth if timely filled with resin. "Much probably" was the answer. I curse myself not to have used some over the counter filler, until I found a real, caring, professional and attentive dentist willing to do the job that was best for me, which was to keep my teeth where they belong. I would like to sue Dr S for malpractice. Dr S has an obligation to make patients clearly and unequivocally aware of all their options, and the results and consequences of each one of those. Just think for a moment if this is about a limb amputation and you will get a clear picture. But, Dr S only "option" was pressuring me into for 4 (FOUR) extractions. When asked for an alternative he threw his duty of care out of the window and only supplied my X-Rays when Florida Dental got involved.

I had to have most of my teeth pulled, and Dr. Santeiro and his assistant did a lot of the work. I am so pleased with how I have been treated, I will be referring family and friends to his office for certain. Thank You so much!!! Miliane Pimentel

Finding a reliable and honest dentist in Miami is not easy. You hear horror stories and makes you want to live your cavities. This office took that fear away from me. They were upfront about the whole procedure and in the end i only received procedures that I need and paid wayyyyyyy less. The whole staff is very friendly and honest. One of the least painful (procedure itself and the whole experience) dental care experience i had so far. As a medical provider, I highly recommend this place!

Very clean and friendly plus great location to walk around after your done cleaning your teeth! My brother had a tooth pulled out and had barely any pain, didn't even use most of the medicine.

Very clean and friendly plus great location to walk around after your done cleaning your teeth! My brother had a tooth pulled out and had barely any pain, didn't even use most of the medicine.
