Alexander Lee DDS attended the University of Michigan for both his undergraduate and dental school education. Dr. Lee practiced general dentistry for 5 years before completing an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency and serving as chief resident for two years at the Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. In addition to being a clinician, he also invented a dental safety syringe and needle system.
After many years of successful practice, Dr. Lee opened Alpine Implant Center (dba Advanced Dental Specialty Group PC), a facility specializing in dental implants and oral surgery in Bergen County and surrounding areas.

I'm a patient of Dr. Lee's and I travel from upstate New York to his office because his care is top quality & unmatched! He's very professional, caring, and knows what he's doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you, Dr. Lee!!

I didn't want to leave this review but it's only fair i went in for a consultation for wisdom teeth removal they said they would call when they heard back from my insurance I've been calling off and on for 3 weeks now they just stopped answering my calls luckily I was able to find palisades oral surgery in fortlee to have the procedure done in no time the receptionist at this office didn't really seem like she had much knowledge on anything I asked questions she could never answer the dentist wasn't rude or anything he was a little sarcastic but nothing crazy I just think it's ridiculous to bring someone in for a consultation and bill the insurance almost $600 for it I don't think they had any real intentions on doing the procedure from the beginning they just wanted to consultation visit fee in my opinion I wouldn't recommend going to dr lees office I would recommend everyone to read and trust all the negative reviews this office has because they are accurate

Alexander Lee is one of the worst dentists I have ever gone too. My bottom, end gums are swollen and in so much pain due to a half grown wisdom tooth. My original dentist referred me to Lee to get my tooth taken out, to help reduce the swelling and inflammation. First of all, he is super rude and arrogant. He stuck a tool in my mouth, and swirled it around constantly, even when I started crying in the pain. Then he told me to open my mouth wider - which I couldn't do because of the pain. He then said go home take antibiotics and ibuprofen and come back when you can open your mouth. I quote "whether that's one week, two weeks or three weeks, come back when you open your mouth. Good luck"... as I started crying, he said, I quote "I don't get paid to talk to you, I get paid to take your teeth out. So come back when you can let me do that". He was just such a horrible man - I wouldn't even recommend him to my worst enemy. Save your money. Go somewhere else to someone who is actually kind of compassionate. Not this soulless body who calls himself a doctor.

Terrible dentist and even more terrible as a person. He should have his license to practice revoked. I would not recommend, rather, I recommend you run away from this crook.

I dont normally leave reviews but how awful. I was super nervous and after the anesthesia injection was shaking. He told me to grow up I was shaking like a little girl even tho I could not control it. He extracted my tooth and before I could open my eyes said let me guess you're crying like a little girl. Have a good day and left. Super rude terrible bedside manner

This is the worst dentist office! If zero stars were an option that's what it would be. Do not support this establishment. They are terrible at communicating whether it's their expectations from their patients or talking with each other. I was supposed to get my wisdom teeth removed and they gave me false information and expectations about what would happen. Met them a few times before the surgery and had phone calls. As soon as I got there and they started talking about what was about to happen it was the complete opposite of what I was expecting. I planned my whole day around them for it to not even happen. The doctor is rude and arrogant and his nurses are no help either.

Absolutely horrific experience never going again and now I am looking into a lawyer this is crazy I went there for a tooth extraction and still felt pain and calmly asked if you could maybe shoot me with another needle so I didn't feel any more pain he refused kicked me out mid surgery and was insulting me on how my pain felt and suggested that I man up

Dr. Lee is the epitome of an arrogant surgeon. He has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen he has a condescending, belittling, demeanor that makes you feel uncomfortable and infantile for expressing your concerns. ( big truth ) He compares other patients experiences when speaking upon yourself not really concerned of the you .... ( the actual patient.) He wasn't pleasant to the patients mother & misled both the patient & i about the stay of the procedure, insisting that my mother is making me more nervous & giving me more problems & insisted that she leave after stating she. could stay until I was comfortable & asleep after I explained I never had surgery nor had to undergo anesthesia. I was nervous & wanted my mother in the office but instead he kicked my mother out the room & said she should leave .( he is very rude & misleading) I waited in the room for over an hour+ before I was even numb or prepared for the procedure.... very very long wait time . I've never seen anything like this . But good luck to whoever visits him or has work by him , you will see that all these reviews are TRUE ; unfortunately He didn't want to honestly give the appropriate after care medication until myself & my mother basically begged him . He is cutting into my gums to remove 2 molars on one side & two other teeth on the other side . Not something I would have imagined coming from a surgeon

The best dentist ever! Very accommodating and his hands were so light! He extracted two teeth under local anesthesia under 20 minutes! I highly recommend! His staff are friendly!

Very good oral surgeon. Took care of pulling a tooth with ease and comfort. Dr Lee is great and has a great office staff especially Steve at the front desk. Thank you all. Highly reccomand this dental practice.
