Our team of talented and highly trained dentists, Drs. Alex Osinovsky, Priya Gupta, Dina Hojaeva, Richard Tami, and Maimi Yamaguchi, take great pride in ensuring that each of their Vienna cosmetic dentistry patients receives the utmost in patient care and treatment.

Dr. Alex Osinovsky completed a three year advance standing program at the University of Maryland Dental School, earning a D.D.S. degree in 1998. After graduating from the Stomatology Institute in 1987, Dr. Osinovsky practiced dentistry in the Ukraine. He worked as prosthodontist in the Ukraine before arriving in the United States in 1992. Upon moving to the U.S., Dr. Osinovsky worked as a clinical assistant in a Prosthodontic Dental Practice in Cleveland, Ohio and later as a research assistant for the Department of Periodontics at the University of Maryland. Dr. Osinovsky takes numerous continuing education courses concentrating on cosmetic and implant dentistry, and in 2002 he completed the Bicon Implant Mini Residency program, as of 2012 Dr. Osinovsky has been granted certification of D.I.C.O.I. (Diplomat of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists) and has since placed and restored thousands of dental implants. He is also certified in the Invisalign treatment. Dr Alex (as he preferred to be called) successfully completed more than hundred of Invisalign treatments.
Dr. Osinovsky is a member of American Dental Association, northern Virginia Dental Society and Alpha Omega Dental Society. He also annually volunteers his time and expertise in Northern Virginia through Donated Dental Services, He volunteers in Eastern Europe and Israel as a member of Jewish Healthcare International. Dr Osinovsky treats patients regularly in DVI, Dental Volunteers for Israel - Pediatric Dental clinic in Jerusalem. Dr Alex is fluent in English, Russian, and Spanish.
Dr. Hojaeva has been in dental field for over 10 years, practicing as a dentist for over 3 years. After attending State Medical Institute in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, she received her Doctorate degree from The Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond, where she earned several awards for excellence.
Dr. Hojaeva is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Virginia Dental Association. Following her passion to give back to the community, she volunteered her time and dental skills to help those in need and was a participant in the Virginia MOM project.
Dr. Hojaeva enjoys quality time with her husband of 20 years and their two children. Her older son Iskander is a freshman at the The University of Virginia and her younger son Saidamir is a high school junior. Their hobbies include traveling, hiking, and outdoor biking. Dr. Hojaeva is tri-lingual (English, Russian, Uzbek) and a great asset in providing care and meeting our practices diverse patient needs.

I've had an implant done by Dr. Osinovsky and have to say that his skill and qualifications are of the highest quality. When he works on your teeth, you feel confident that things will be done right, carefully and with the greatest quality. The implant looks and feels wonderful. The administrative team is also commendable. They work with you on financing options and provide supporting documentation for insurance, etc. I would highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Tysons Dental is the place where my whole family goes for treatment. Many thanks to Dr. Alex for implants and bone graft, to Tanny for kind care during my surgeries, to Dr. Campos for root canals, to hygienist Marzia for regular and thorough cleanings, and to Kimberly for constant politeness and professionalism on the phone.
