Our teams of Surgical Assistants are highly trained professionals that assist the Doctors in every phase of treatment. The entire staff is CPR, First Aid, and AED certified on an annual basis. With ongoing education and expertise, you can be assured our team of Dental Assistants will provide you with the highest quality of care.
From scheduling your first visit, to providing treatment estimates, our Front Desk staff is here to assist you. The goal of our Front Desk team is to make your experience at our office as pleasant as possible.
For your convenience, the staff in our insurance department will verify your insurance benefits prior to your first visit. Between the insurance department and the front desk staff, we will help you to understand how your benefits work at our practice.
Dr. Aldo Sbigoli has practiced dentistry since 1985. He specializes in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (removing teeth, jaw reconstruction, TMJ, implants, IV sedation). He graduated from Loyola Dental School in 1985. He completed his internship at Loyola University Medical Center in 1986 and received his specialty certificate in Oral Surgery from the University of Chicago in 1990. Dr. Sbigoli has practiced in McHenry since 1994, and is on staff at Alexian Brothers Hospital. He is a member of the American Dental Association, McHenry County Dental Society, and the Illinois State Dental Society.
Adam Cole received his BSN from Northern Illinois University in 1992. He received his Masters in Anesthesiology from Bradley University in 1997. Adam is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. He also holds BLS certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification. Adam has worked at McHenry Dental Specialists as an Anesthetist since 1999.

Professional staff, they called ahead for my medications before my surgery, when I woke up after surgery I had no pain, I took my meds for 2 weeks and never had any pain, Dr. Sbigoli is the best! I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Aldo M. Sbigoli and his staff were top notch from our first phone call to our son's oral surgery. Dr. Aldo M. Sbigoli's staff efficiently took care of the insurance and scheduling. In the consultation, Dr. Aldo M. Sbigoli impressed us with his thorough step-by-step explanation of what would happen on the day or surgery, making us feel confident and comfortable. The surgery and recovery both went smoothly. We were pleased with the exceptional care of Dr. Sbigoli and his staff.

Everyone at the office is very kind and caring. I had to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth out and Dr.Sbigoli took the time to explain everything clearly and let me know any possible risks with my teeth given my age and the positioning of my teeth. I had a consultation on Monday and he was able to extract them that Friday. His team made sure I was comfortable and safe and helped me get through the process one step at a time. I would definitely be back to see him if I needed any further work done.

Wonderful experience! Staff very empathetic and compassionate, Dr. Sbigoli made jokes with our very nervous 20 year old who had 4 wisdom teeth pulled and even after the procedure they joked. The anesthesiologist kept her mind off of the procedure by talking about her major and offering advice on her nursing dreams. Her nurse (sorry I don't recall her name) was SUPERERB!! Would recommend this office every day!! Super clean & up to date office.

Referred by orthodontist. Good experience with daughter's impacted wisdom tooth removal. Paid copay and they billed insurance. Went smoothly.
