Dr. Senehi is the founder of Facial and Oral Surgery Institute in Southern California. He is a dual degree Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, DDS, MD, as well as being extensively trained in administering various levels of anesthesia in an outpatient setting. He founded the FOS Institute in order to offer his patients superior services with the most technological advancements in the field.
Dr. Senehi attended the distinguished Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USCwhere he earned his DDS degree after completing his undergraduate education atUCLA for Bachelor of Science. He obtained his medical degree from UTSouthwestern Medical School in Dallas. He also received extensive training inanesthesiology through the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Management at UTSouthwestern and Childrens Medical Center in Dallas. He completed his residency atUT Southwestern Medical Center / Parkland Hospital, one the most prestigious programs in the field of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Senehi has received multiple awards throughout his career, including Oral andMaxillofacial Surgery as well as Oral Pathology Recognition Awards from HermanOstrow School of Dentistry of USC, Academic Chief of Alpha Omega DentalOrganization Recognition Award, Association of Professors and Scholars of Iranian Heritage Recognition Award, Deans Honors List at UCLA and Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. Dr. Senehi is a recent grant recipient from Texas-Israel Chamber of Commerce, Science and Education Foundation, which provided an opportunity for him to complete a Surgical Rotation at Rabin Medical Center in Petah Tikva, Israel. This experience allowed him to expand his clinical knowledge, surgical skills and become familiar with different prospective, theories and techniques in the field.

Dr. Alan Levy is a graduate of the Ohio State University and Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry.A former clinical instructor of Fixed Prosthodontics at the U.S.C. School of Dentistry, Dr. Levy completed a medical and trauma based residency at the Mount Sinai Hospital of Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Levy has been a lecturer on cosmetic dentistry for the California Dental Association and a spokesman for the American Cancer Society. He is a 20-year member of the Peer Review Committee of the San Fernando Valley Dental Society, and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD).
Dr. Mark Torbiner earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from UCLA and received his Dental Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He got his Anesthesia training at the Brookdale Hospital in New York.
