Dr. Alan Heller has been setting high standards in orthodontic care for over 25 years. He continues to expand his knowledge of orthodontics to provide each of our patients with the most advanced care available, no matter their orthodontic complications.
Recognizing that orthodontic procedures are a lengthy process, he spends extra time with every patient to get to know them on a more personal level. This allows Dr. Heller to have a better understanding of our patients needs and goals so that we can provide you with the smile you have dreamed about. Dr. Heller specializes in many services including early and adult treatment, traditional metal braces, Invisalign, and Sure Smile. Dr. Heller and our skilled Heller Orthodontics team will always work in the best interest of your smile and orthodontic needs.
Dr. Heller obtained his bachelors degree in government and politics from the University of Maryland College Park, and went on to complete his dental degree at Ohio State Universitys College of Dentistry. While at Ohio State University he was awarded special citations for orthodontics and periodontics. He later received his post-doctorate orthodontic specialty training and his Master of Science at the University of Detroit School of Dentistry. Following his extensive education, Dr. Heller brought his expertise to Maryland and has been practicing here ever since. Dr. Heller and his wife, Sheri, are the proud parents of four children: Max, Mitchell, Toby and Jaclyn. When hes not spending time with his lovely family, Dr. Heller enjoys playing ice hockey or a relaxing round of golf. Dr. Heller also participates in fundraising for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to help give back to the community.
