My daughter is nine and needed an intricate root canal on her front tooth. The periodontist was so incredible in both performing the procedure but in also making my daughter feel at ease about it. She was in no discomfort whatsoever. Additionally, the dental team stayed later so that that I wouldn't have to make another trip from Kentucky. They were so kind, welcoming, efficient, and excellent in what they do. I am so impressed and so thankful!!

When he first took over the practice I took my daughter's in... my daughter (around 5 yr old) needed a filling.. at first he refused to let me go back with her, I told him no I was going back too.. He ripped her cheek with the needle when he went to numb her.. and he told her to let him know if anything hurt.. part of the way in she let him know it hurt and he called her a liar... Yes he told a 5 yr old she was a LIAR!! Never went back! Very poor dentist.

I am a patient and I've been going here for as long as I can remember. Everyone there has watched me grow up! My braces were done here, and when I was very young he fixed other dentist's bad work for me and my mom. He is very nice and his staff is too. I will be very sad when I have to switch in 2 years!!!

Would not recommend Dr Tawadros to anyone, he and his staff were down right snarky and rude. His prices are insanely higher than any pediatric/general dentists we have ever been to. I'm talking thousands of dollars and I have good insurance. When I questioned the procedures he tried to scare me into having my children subjected to, I was made to feel stupid for even asking. Most humiliating and degrading experience, total waste of time.

Very rude!!! I was just texting my husband to relay what Adel Tawadros was saying about my son's teeth before I forget. Then, he tells me to put down my phone or he will leave the room. Did not even wait for me to respond. Staff is not the best too. Awful experience. I felt discriminated too. But, when I was with my husband he was nice & all. Weird!

Dr Tawadros and his staff are amazing! Very kind, patient, and overall pleasant people. I have 3 children that are patients of this office and I couldn't be happier, I'm actually a little jealous he can't be my dentist :)

Wonderful staff and Dr. Tawadros is great! We have 5 children who go here, 2 with braces, and we've had nothing but great experiences. We even visited the Cincinnati office for a visit. My kids love how Dr. T speaks to them about what's happening and not at them. They're so patient with my kiddos and easy to work with on payment arrangements too. I actually got a bit emotional when we changed insurance and thought we'd have to switch dentists. Mom or Dad will wish he could be your dentist too.

People that work here are rude to customers. The main guy is also rude. Overall, bad experience. Save yourself time and money and choose a different orthodontist.
