Dr. Dixon grew up in Southwest Boise and graduated from Mountain View High School. He went on to earn his bachelors degree in biology at BYU-Idaho and then studied dentistry at the University of Iowa-College of Dentistry. During dental school, Dr. Dixon earned the Brasseler USA Scholars award for his high-quality restorative work throughout his dental education and the Dr. Dan Steele Memorial award for his excellence in prosthodontics (crowns, bridges, etc.). Dr. Dixon has always enjoyed the dental office and he strives to create an environment that is comfortable and friendly for patients so they can enjoy the experience as well. He enjoys all aspects and challenges of dentistry and is particularly fond of creating custom treatment plans to fit patient goals. When not working, he spends time outdoors with his beautiful wife, Stevie and their daughter. Together they enjoy many of the activities that Idaho has to offer including climbing, biking, and backpacking. Dr. Dixon and his wife are both excited for the opportunity to be back in Idaho and be closer to family.

Kristen is our Treatment Coordinator and has been with New Leaf for just over a year. She was born and raised in North Carolina (Go Tarheels!) before moving to the great state of Colorado where she met her husband. Kristen and her husband, Jeremy, have a 1 year old son named Morgan. Outside of work she spends most of her time hanging out on her patio, going to car shows, and off-roading in her Nissan SUV. She has been in the dental industry for 4 years starting as a scheduling coordinator and working her way to Treatment Coordinator. She is quick whitted and loves to make her patients day. Kristens guilty pleasure is the tv show A Million Little Things and a Twix Ice Cream bar.

Alicia brings a wealth of experience from her many years of dental assisting. Her many experiences in the dental field include being the lead instructor at one of the local dental assisting schools. Alicia loves helping people reach their goals of looking better and feeling better. She also enjoys working with great doctors who care about their patients. She is the proud mother of 3 great grand kids and loves spending time with her family. If you need help communicating in Spanish, ask for Alicia because she speaks Spanish fluently.

Tiffney is an Idaho Native. She has been a part of our team since July 2018 but assisting since 2002. Tiffney loves working in the Dental field helping others and bringing a smile to their face daily. Tiffney has 2 energetic boys, Keegen and Karson, that keep her and her fiance, Josh, busy. She loves camping and to read on her off time. She also loves to go on family vacations making great memories.

Cassy was born in California and moved to Idaho in 2002. She has been in the dental field for 35 years as an assistant. She loves the interactions with her patients and helping them achieve better oral health. She also dedicates a lot of time to the National Guard helping them to get their oral health ready for deployment. When Cassy is not working in the office she enjoys spending time with her 5 grandchildren, working out, gardening, and being in the great outdoors.

Stephanie has lived in Idaho for most of her life but has roots from California. She has always followed the path of pursuing a career that is geared toward patient care. She found her passion with a degree in dental hygiene, graduating from Carrington College. She has two dogs, an eight year old Labrador and younger Havanese. She loves spending time in the mountains, whether its at the lake in the summer or hunting in the later seasons.
