Dr. Goodwin obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences and his Master of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Florida Atlantic University. He then completed six years of training at Nova Southeastern University, earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) and his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
Originally from the Boston area, Jan joined our team in 1992. She very much values seeing families grow up in our practice from their first visit to their childrens first visit. Dedicated to providing quality dentistry in a caring environment, even our most apprehensive patients are put at ease. Jeanine is originally from Miami, Florida earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Miami Dade Community College. She also earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida in 1997 and worked in the acute care setting at Florida Hospital South for ten years. She joined our team in 2002, working with our team full time. She is committed to excellence and brings a well-rounded knowledge of dentistry and medical science to our practice. Jeanine believes in being proactive with regard to the prevention of disease and attaining good dental health. She and her husband enjoy a number of fitness activities. Ashlee has been practicing dental hygiene since 2003. She earned her degree in Dental Hygiene at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, FL. A native Floridian, originally from South Florida, she moved to central Florida from Ocala and joined our team in 2011. She loves educating our patients and helping them have optimum oral hygiene. She enjoys photography, horseback riding, and going to the beach with her lovely family!Hide
Sheri grew up in Central Florida and has been in the dental field since 1971. She joined our team in 1990. She earned her Certification in Dental Assisting at Orlando Technical College and later transitioned to treatment coordination. She loves to explain dentistry to patients while helping them achieve good dental health and beautiful smiles. She embraces her patients as extended family members. She and her husband are blessed to have both children and grandchildren living close. She loves spending time with family at the beach or their cabin in Ocala.Hide
Andrea embarked on her Dental career in 2020 as a Certified Dental Assistant graduating from Orange Technical College with honors. She strives to help patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visit and to leave with confidence. She is a native Floridian, born and raised in Central Florida. In her spare time, she enjoyed the beach, springs, the zoo, theme parks, cooking, and traveling. She loves animals and has two adorable dogs of her own. One is a Dachshund named Peanut and the other is a Shitsu mix named Fefe that was saved from the pound! She has a heart to help foster dogs and hopes to adopt more in the future! Hide
Ruth was born in New York and raised in Puerto Rico. She moved to Florida in the early nineties. She joined our team in 1997. She received her expanded duties certification at the University of Florida. Being bilingual has been a great asset to our practice and a blessing to our patients. She truly enjoys helping people and making them feel comfortable about their dental concerns and needs. She and her husband enjoy the outdoors and having a good campout. Casey has worked in the dental field since 2010. She joined our practice in January of 2016. Kylie was born and raised in Northern New York. She began her career in 2016 after graduating from SUNY Canton. She quickly found her passion for working with children and her ability to ease the anxiety of patients. She began her adventure in FL in 2019 and likes visiting NY to see her family when it's not snowing. She believes education for patients of all ages creates a strong foundation for oral health!Hide
Dr. Blue is a native Floridian: born and raised in Miami. He attended the University of Florida for both undergraduate and dental degrees, graduating with honors from the College of Dentistry in 1985. He subsequently moved to the Orlando area and has practiced here since then.
Dr. Blue enjoys the many facets of dentistry. Single esthetic filling, full mouth reconstruction cases with crown and bridge treatments, implants, and the treatment of gum disease with laser therapy are among them. He has taken numerous courses in these areas to give his patients the highest quality dental care.
There are two main branches of medicine in the United States, Allopathic and Osteopathic. Osteopathy was founded in the late 1800s by Andrew Taylor Still. Dr. Stills life work was to study, establish, and teach the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. Upon graduating from dental and medical school, Dr. Goodwin completed his Family Medicine Internship at Florida Hospital East Orlando.
