I really liked going to this dentist, although it is far from my house and it takes me more than 40 minutes to get there,.....but the day of my appointment they called me to cancel it and they wanted to reschedule it again. After I had already planned my day and asked for a day off from work, it is not fair that you play with the time of your patients. When someone cancels an appointment on the same day you charge $20 to the insurance, and what happens when you are the one who cancel appointments. Who rewards us as patients???

After procrastinating for weeks, I decided to make an appointment for general check up and cleaning, my visit was quiet pleasant, im usually a nervous reck before my appointment. I left with a big smile. Dr IIan and staff are amazing, will definitely return in six months.

Unfriendly customer service; no appointments available the last two times i called: first time was told i could book appointment by end of month for the following month, when i called second time by end of month, i was told there was not slot available until two month later than the month I was told i could book my appointment, and that couldn't book me yet, basically, the last two times i was told the same BS, the point is that it feels like they don't want your business.

Dr. Illan is wonderful and his Assistants and Receptionist are sweet and friendly. Their office is updated and immaculate. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I highly recommend Dr. Ilan.

Just had my cleaning done with Aura she is really super professional doesn't skip anything. She educates you and takes her time she does a very great job cleaning your teeth. The doctor and the staff are friendly. Everyone makes you feel welcome and they make you want to come back.

Made an appointment for a filling and cleaning and was in and out in no time. The staff is very friendly, the office is clean and Dr Paul Ilan is very knowledgeable.

Staff are very unprofessional , had me on hold for 15 min then they disconnected the phone , call back 22 times and is please hold please hold , after finally getting to them their excuse is we are short staff ..

I had a wonderful experience the staff was amazing. The place was nice and clean I had no wait time. They took all the proper precautions everything was sanitized. I'm extremely happy with the work that was done by Dr.Ilan he's truly a magician at what he does thank you to all in the office. I highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

Very bad experience! I took my wife with pain in her gum. The receptionist and staffs were great. Problem was with the main guy! The dentist himself. He did x-rays & checked everything and said everything was OK except that she was prescribed with painkillers. My wife couldn't take it anymore. So, we changed our dentist and visited her in about three days. Where she was diagnosed with infections and went through 10 days antibiotics and painkillers. I saw the difference between dentists. I would not recommend this dentist to anybody at all!!!

Dr. IIan and his staff are great. Very friendly state of the art facility. He made me feel at ease and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone.
