Dr. Rafi Davidian earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from California State University Northridge before attending Boston University Dental School to acquire his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree. Not only he treats cosmetic and family dental issues, he is also an expert in treating Root Canals and Implant procedures. This combined with his chair side manner leaves patients feeling completely at ease.
Dr Rafi has been involved in continuing education throughout his dental career. He has taken many classes focusing on all aspects of dentistry. Dr Rafi believes continuing education is a vital part of dentistry which allows him to provide patients with the best possible care. It also allows him to offer the most current, technologically-advanced and comprehensive care available.
He is most passionate about helping patients achieve their dental goals. This may include overcoming anxieties, developing trust, gaining back self-confidence, and rebuilding teeth for better function. Dr Rafi has high standard for his staff and deep caring for his patients health and well-being.

Doctor Rafi is the best Dentist that I have ever had. He is it is very knowledgeable in his work, fair in price and kind. I have gone to so many dentists that are a total rip off. I would recommend everyone to go to this dentist. You will be so happy that you did!

Okay this guy is a serious quack. Went in for a totally normal dental check up and he didn't clean any of my teeth. Claimed he needed insurance approval to do anything. My fiance had the same experience, he told her she needed 10 FILLINGS. What in the actual... I have never experienced a more disgusting waste of time. Also the place is filthy and his mask was below his nose.

Wow this place is amazing . Dr. Rafi Davidian did such an amazing job on my wife's teeth not every dentist that we've gone to with the insurance that we have have taken my wife as a client this dentist not only took her as a client but did an amazing job on her teeth he did above and beyond any dentist I have ever seen do. she now has a beautiful smile because of him I am so grateful for this dentist. I wish there were more dentists like this guy that goes out of his way to help his patients out you did an amazing job thank you Dr Davidian

I have searched from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara for a dentist that meets my needs. Dr. Davidian is the best dentist I've ever been to. A to Z, all aspects of my three recent visits were amazing. I get very nervous during dental exams, and when I was told at another place I tried through my insurance that I needed a ridiculous number of root canals and expensive caps, I almost got physically ill. I was referred to Dr. Davidian from a reliable source, and I couldn't have been more pleased. The office is very classy, bright with natural light in the main procedure room with pretty Screensavers and relaxing music on one of the attractive big screen monitors that grace some of the walls in the office. Once Dr. Davidian explained to me thoroughly what work needed to be done to make my smile beautiful again,, he and his front and back office assistants worked together so well, that I was no longer nervous or upset. Dr. Davidian went out of his way to fix the problems with my teeth, even though I know he didn't actually have to do all of it with my kind of insurance. Thank you so very much Dr. Davidian (and 'The Jessicas') for doing such an much amazing job on my teeth, and I will definitely refer anybody that needs a dentist to your awesome practice.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! They are trying to exploit people for money. Aside from us getting there at 9:50 for our 10am appointments at which point the building was still locked and they didn't actually see us for another forty(!!!) minutes, I have never and I mean NEVER in thirty years gone to a dental check up where they didn't provide cleaning (they apparently want to nickel and dime insurance for a "deep" clean... pretty sure all those are deep cleans). Dentist wore his mask under his nose which made me extremely uncomfortable. Why bother even wearing it?? This place is also disgusting and their equipment looks like it's from the 80s and hasn't been cleaned since then. I am afraid that I have meningitis from setting foot in there. Ridiculous dude trying to inflate cavities for money. Really wish I hadn't come here and wasted my allotted insurance visit. It really blows.

Dr. Rafi Davidian and his staff at Downtown Smiles Center in Oxnard are amazing!!! They are very professional, friendly, honest in what dental work you need done. I would definitely recommend family and friends to see Dr. Rafi Davidian.

I want to share my experience at Dr. Rafi's office I went in with a broken moller and was scared to get the rest taken out I did not feel pain whatsoever a couple of pulls and it popped out. His really caring and I like how he explains every procedure before getting started. The staff very friendly. Missed 4 years of going to dentist due to being scared with Dr. Rafi makes me feel confident know I'm getting lots of work done.

One of my teeth needed filing and they fixed it right away it took less then five minutes, the staff is great and super friendly, they are very profesional and they will make you feel like family. I had a great experience while I was there I recommend this dentist .
