Dr.McHale is so freaking good at what she does. I've seen her 3 times in the past 5 weeks (2 for deep cleaning and 1 for tissue grafting). She's so kind, sweet, and gentle. One thing I really appreciate, is that she'll talk me through the procedure as she's working on my mouth. As much as I dislike going to the dentist, she makes the experience fun, enjoyable, and not so scary. The best part of everything was the follow up. I had a tissue grafting in the morning and she called me in the afternoon to personally check in to see how I was doing - and I really appreciate that.

Caring, friendly staff. Dr. McCann does an excellent job of explaining the problem and the potential treatment options. My previous experience( 3 years ago) with an implant was excellent as well

Thanks to Dr.McCann, I had less painful surgery and it went wonderful and he did amazing job graphing my gums. I would recommend for anyone that want gum graphing

I wouldn't recommend this Dr. Mccan and his dental clinic, don't spend hard earned money on an inexperienced dentist who tells you one thing but does another. Because of him I've experienced challenging situations regarding my teeth and gums. He also has a rude attitude. Good thing I Found a better and more qualified periodontist.

Dr. Mccan and his staff all have and do treat my very well. I have had issues with deep pockets with my gums. They gave a water pick and I was really surprised that they would do something like that.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. McCann, Mallory, Jennifer, and others at this practice. When a crown replacement went awry, my regular dentist referred me to Dr. McCann. Not only did they see me right away for an evaluation, but they were able to immediately extract my problem tooth. Such a relief not to have to work around holiday schedules to take care of this unexpected issue! Dr. McCann and his staff ensured I understood my options and their risks and benefits. Before, throughout, and following the procedure, they clearly communicated what to expect and ensured my comfort. They are simultaneously extremely professional and also very caring. I have already recommended Downtown Periodintics to a friend, and look forward to returning for followups and to receive my new implant.

Dr. McCann and his colleagues are kind, knowledgeable and professional. To respond to the person who said they don't respect covid protocol, that is not true. I have been to Dr. McCann's office 3-4 times during covid and every time: temp taken outside their office door, given a survey, plexiglass in place & masks were worn by everybody. Not much more they could do. I appreciate they are seeing patients and do so safely.

Our family has been going to Dr. McCann for years now. Each experience has surpassed our expectations, both with the service provided and the incredible care he and his team offer. I'm not kidding when I say he is the least painful dentist/doctor I've ever had work on me. Even pesky needles are a no-issue with this fella. I'd give more stars if I could. Bless them!
