Absolutely the dentist office in Nashville. Everybody in the office cares about you and treats you with so much respect. Please if you have any problems with your teeth, stop their first. Because they are the best.

While at first appearance the office staff is cordial, HOWEVER, they do NOT know how to file insurance and it took them 6 months to get it filed correctly, and then benefits were used up. Took them until 3 weeks later to advise me of this. Gave me 24 hours to pay or be put in collections. It was their ignorance in filing that cost soooo much time, not mine! Worst customer service experience ever!!!

I'm new to the Tennessee area and was looking for a new dentist that cared for his patients and took the time that was needed to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Abrams is amazing. He does all of the above and more. He's very gentle and caring and explains everything to you and he's a perfectionist. I would like to give a shout out to his staff as well. They are all very helpful and nice. Dr. Abrams assistant was excellent too.

I found DFFD on google while looking for a dentist near my work. Arrived at my scheduled time, and was greeted so kindly upon arriving. Sat down, answered a few questions because i was able to do all of my new patient paperwork online ahead of time, and only had to wait about 5 minutes in the lobby. Was greeted then by another kind staff member, taken back and informed fully as to what they would be doing before Dr. Abrams came in. Once she finished X-Rays, Dr. Abrams came right in, made me feel welcomed and comfortable and he began right away examining my teeth. He was very communicative and was able to recommend what all I needed work on. Was checked out before leaving and again made to feel like I was fully in the loop on my treatment, very transparent. Wonderful experience, thankful that I was able to find DFFD!

I just had my 1st visit at Downtown Franklin Family Dentistry. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. As someone with dental anxiety everyone make my visit so easy. Kim at the front desk explained everything and was so welcoming. Taylor my hygienist & Dr Abrams were both so warm and welcoming and explained everything they were doing. I would recommend Downtown Franklin Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist. Just had a 2nd visit to get a cavity filled. I have dental anxiety & always need nitrous when having dental work done. Dr Abrams talked me through what we was going to do and then explained everything as he was doing it. Because of Dr Abrams & Allison I did not need the nitrous and felt calm while being worked on. Dr Abrams even called me later in the day to check on me. 10/10 for Dr. Abrams & staff.

Dr. Abrams is an excellent dentist, very knowledgeable and personable. When I was visiting Franklin I needed to see a dentist about a tooth that was bothering me. I was able to get an appointment and was treated very well by Dr. Abrams' staff. Dr. Abrams diagnosed my problem right away and explained very clearly what needed to be done. When he finished the procedure I felt much better. I know that if I lived in Franklin or the surrounding area, Dr. Abrams would be my 1st choice for a dentist. Thank you Dr. Abrams and staff for taking care of me!

I've been with this team since they opened their practice. Dr. Abrams is very kind, takes time to explain things in language I can understand, and his staff is really wonderful. Which is important because my husband and I have varying levels of difficulty/fear at the dentist. I always feel like Dr. Abrams gives procedures as much time as they need and anytime I need a follow up or an adjustment they are quick to get me in! Also, the office is cute. I love waiting for my appointments on the front porch in a rocking chair. The southern charm of this office is awesome considering the hi-tech work going on inside. The office is also incredibly close to the Franklin downtown area, and I love to walk down after appointments to run errands! I love that this practice is not stuffy-- you can tell the folks running the show enjoy working together and the work they are doing. The hygienists as well as the office manager are also very skilled- and it seems like the skill level of everyone at the practice is always increasing, which I appreciate. I love that they email and text as well- whatever your preferred method of communication is, they can do it! This group of folks makes going to the dentist easy and as pleasant as it can possibly be. There's extra parking in the back if street parking is limited !

I can't remember her name. But the young lady that did my deep cleaning was very awesome. She made me feel comfortable while I was getting my numbing shots when I have a very bad fear of needles and the dentist. She really deserves a raise or something. She was great. The Doc was cool too. Nice guy. But he is the one that stuck the needle in my gums so he's not my favorite

We recently took our daughter to see Dr. Abrams to have a few teeth pulled. She has had a few bad experiences at previous dentists so we were worried about how she may react to this procedure. Dr. Abrams and his staff were fantastic! They took their time explaining the process to her, helping her to understand and keeping her calm. Dr. Abrams was even able to use a numbing method that was a lot less overwhelming for her than the traditional needle route! She left the office so happy and feeling very brave thanks to the support of Dr. Abrams and his assistant. Thanks to everyone at DFFD for putting our sweet girls mind at ease and for always offering your kindness and compassion in caring for our whole family's teeth!
