My appointment today with the Downtown Family Dental was a very positive experience. My Dental Hygienist whose name is Becky.... is absolutely, unequivocally amazing. She is extremely professional and a plethora of knowledge when it comes to anything to do with your teeth. Becky used the ultrasonic scaler on my teeth, which in the past was unpleasant. Her demeanor is very relaxing and assuring. I left there feeling very good about everything.... Especially my clean white teeth. Kudos to Becky. I also purchased the Philips Sonicare toothbrush at a ridiculously reasonable price. YEAH

As I expected, my appointment at Downtown Family Dental very good. Added to this, I was assigned to Becky for my x-rays and cleaning. Becky was superb in her knowledge and professionalism while also being personable and caring. Her skills and personality made it easy for me to feel at ease while she worked and I look forward to my next visit there.

The staff is great , the Care is great and always on time. I feel confident in their ability to treat my dental needs. I am a VA patient and am glad the VA sent me there and I thank Downtown Family Dental for accepting me.

9/2/22 Had my three month cleaning with Becky. Great visit, as always. Thanks Downtown Family Dental!! 3/10/22 Another great visit..see below. 10/17/21 I had my regularly scheduled cleaning with Heidi and exam with Dr. Ganshert today. As always, the experience was positive, both professional and thorough. The office staff is top notch. As a person over 65 I totally appreciate the Covid precautions that this office has followed throughout the current pandemic. Kudos to you, Downtown Family Dental! 7/6/21 Another great visit! 4/6/21 The review that I submitted on 9/21/20 holds true for today's visit. Great experience, great staff. Thank you! 9/21/20 I'm adding to my review of several months back as Google won't let me write a new one. I had an exam and cleaning at Downtown Family Dental last Thursday (9/17/20). This is the first time I have been in since the pandemic began and I was totally impressed with all the precautions that were in place...from PPE worn by staff to devices in each room designed to clean the air and reduce the number of aerosols emitted. Thank you for the great job of keeping us safe!! Oh...and my cleaning experience was great, as usual. Ruth Getsinger Thanks for the excellent, professional and friendly service. Like the staff and atmosphere. Very friendly. Started going here when my previous dentist couldn't get me in after the pandemic restrictions were lifted. I always went every 6 months and it had been 10 months. Have always had dental insurance. Now I am retired and very happy with their service.

My dental hygenist, Katie, is the most careful, gentle professional I have ever had! She is wonderful! And Dr. Amanda Ganshert is amazing. I moved from Baraboo and still drive 45 minutes to see them. The office staff is also top notch and very responsive! I should add that I was "avoiding" the dentist for a number of years and they welcomed me without judgment and with such a supportive environment! I got my teeth back into shape and now I am on a great regimine and actually look forward to my appointments. Thanks!

I have a hard time with xrays because I gag easily. When they stick those cardboard pieces in the back of my mouth, it's really difficult for me. However, today was the easiest experience I think I've ever had. The technician was very skilled at placing the cardboard pieces and very fast at getting the xray and getting the cardboard out of my mouth. She also had me do some things that diverted my attention and made the process go a lot more smoothly. Great job.

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Downtown Family Dental of Baraboo. I look forward to my next appointment and have been recommending them to everyone I talk to. They have all the modern equipment, give you all the options available to you, the people are friendly and efficient, and the prices are fantastic.

The staff at Downtown Family Dental is the best! They are always friendly and professional- are great at their jobs and I actually enjoy going to the dentist! Keep up the good work
