We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Dr. Webb is a Chattanooga native and has been practicing dentistry for over 33 years. He got is BA degree from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga and his DDS from University of Tennessee, Memphis. Dr. Webb is trained in general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. He is an active member of the Chattanooga Area Dental Society, Tennessee Dental Association (TDA), American Dental Association (ADA), and the Academy of Operative Dentistry.

I have appreciated downtown dental for about 10 years since we moved here from Michigan. They're cheerful, knowledgeable and the dentist has always returned our calls on the weekend and a few times came to the office on the weekend when we had a urgent need.

The staff at Downtown Dental from the moment you walk into the door until the moment you leave makes you feel right at home. I have had multiple dentist throughout my life, and I can honestly say this will be the last one... unless Dr Webb or Laurie decide to retire. 10/10 would get my teeth cleaned here again!

I have been seeing Dr Webb and staff as long as he has been practicing. It is a quick and easy visit - they are freindly and ask about family, and they are always honest and straightforward. Both of my children had all their dental appointments until they moved out of town as adults. We love Downtown Dental!

Dr. Webb and his staff are very caring and friendly. I had developed an abscess late one evening. I called his office the next morning and they worked me in early and relieved my pain. Kudos to the entire staff.

I had my first visit late last year. It was quite possibly the most pleasurable dental experience I've had to date. Everything is spotless, the equipment is top of the line, the staff is friendly, and knowledgeable... I mean I really couldn't complain about something if I wanted too. Top notch guys!

I've been going to Dr. Webb from day 1. He and his staff are amazing. I can't say anything but GOOD things about Downtown Dental. I give them 5 stars.
