Our patients and staff enjoy her bubbly, positive personality, and radiant smile. It is Kaylas goal to make sure that our patients receive the best dental experience possible from scheduling to financial arrangements. On a day away from the office, you can find Kayla cruising through the beautiful Black Hills, kayaking, hiking, drawing, watching football and spending time with her family and friends.
Nikki has helped countless patients improve their oral health and confidence, which are two aspects of her job she enjoys the most. She is passionate about her work and creating a comfortable atmosphere for our patients while tending to their dental needs. Getting to know her patients families and their stories are the highlights of her career. Patients appreciate her gentle and compassionate nature. In her spare time, Nikki enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, friends, and significant other.
Katie is quick to make our patients feel at ease by building confidence, trust, and friendship with each one. Her calming personality and understanding nature make it easy for patients to feel comfortable. She is extremely devoted to educating patients on their individual needs. In her spare time, Katie enjoys photography, hiking, fishing, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Kenzie enjoys creating a genuinely comfortable atmosphere and providing the highest quality of care to all our patients. She is always ready to help answer your questions or concerns and put you at ease to ensure a positive dental experience. When Kenzie is not working, you will find her working hard on her academic studies, spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She enjoys reading, hiking, cruising through the Black Hills, and playing with her pup.

Staff were great, ensuring I was comfortable and explaining every part of the process so I knew what was going on and what to expect. They were so friendly. I was pretty stressed out but they worked with me so that I wasn't so anxious. I was really impressed. My son-in-law needs to go the dentist. I told him you need to see my guys at Downtown Dental!

The team here is excellent to work with. They have the best intentions. With a recent broken tooth they fit me in and did a temporary fix till a permanent solution could be reached. Would recommend this facility to anyone that wants the best for their oral care.

I was recently visiting family in Rapid City from Pennsylvania and needed urgent dental care. Dr. Krump's team was able to fit me into his schedule the day I called. Dr Krump and his team were very welcoming and professional. They took time to address my questions, explain the procedure and didn't treat me as a possible one-time patient. EDIT: We were told our insurance was accepted and the dentist was in-network before we made our appointment. After treatment, we were then told the dentist is NOT in-network. Ended up with a few hundred dollars that we were not expecting. Also took them over a year to send a bill!!! Friendly staff and knowledgable dentist that takes the time to explain things to you in terms that are easy to understand. Thank you for taking care of my family's teeth!!

Downtown dental is truly amazing. We came in today in an emergent situation where my husband was in unbelievable pain. They were so kind, compassionate and amazing.. They explained everything so fully, took great care of him and made a horrible pain into a great experience. They even provided my rambunctious one year old with toys. Everyone from the office manager to the hygienists to the amazing Dr himself. The care they give is truly top notch and we will never go anywhere else. THANK YOU DOWNTOWN DENTAL

The dentist Mike was very unprofessional. I could hear him flirting with one of his patients in the next room and made suggestive comments to me after he finally came into my room. Not only was his breath bad but his narcissistic tone was unbecoming of someone who calls himself a doctor.
