This may have been the worst dental experience of my life. The receptionist Candice was wonderful, so nice and helpful, I was actually looking forward to it. And then, I got some serious bad vibes from the dentist and her assistant, I don't even know what her name is. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. And she seemed to berate me for having gum disease. BTW, which is how I found out that I had gum disease. Not cool! I went in for a loose tooth and some consultation, I haven't been to the dentist since before for the pandemic, and I knew I had some issues. I was then told I should have ALL of the teeth in my mouth removed and get full dentures. It felt like a weird scam. Definitely getting a second opinion. I will update this review once I have it. Maybe it's because I'm from New York City. Bedside manner was never an issue there, it was always extremely comforting and considerate. Perhaps things are different in California? I don't think so.

Professional and customer service at its finest. Receptionist is exceptional. The doctor took the time to listen and answer all my questions. She explained every procedure and took the time to ensure I was comfortable every step of the way. If you are looking for a great dental office to make you feel at ease this is the place. The reception area is a little small but the staff and doctor make up in quality service.
