I went to a dentist and had a bad experience. I needed a fill in fixed asap! I was referred to this dentist from a friend. They were able to get me in the next day! Marsha Hickey fixed my tooth within 30 minutes of my visit! I didn't even feel the shot for the numbing. The staff and dentist at this facility are friendly, professional and most importantly; knowledgeable! This is my new dentist!

Let me start off by saying everyone in this office is rude. I came in and waited for over a hour. Other people went before me they lost my paper work. When I was finally seen they still had the wrong paperwork. Took them 30 more minutes just find the paperwork. Very unorganized and not the place you would want to go or take your family members to.

Absolutely outstanding group of professionals. The facility is top of the line technically advanced which allows for comfortable attentive care. Dr Marsha Hickey and her staff will blow ya away with their personal attention to each client and your individual unique needs. Highly recommend this facility. For all you googlers..my top choice

Just left Downtown Dental after a routine cleaning with my not so happy 12 week old son. The staff were all so patient with us; Dr. Hickey even rocked him during my X-Rays. It could have been a miserable experience, but they made us feel very comfortable. This was only my second visit, but both times there was little to no wait time. So grateful I found Downtown Dental!

Very good dental and orthodontic care. My whole family has gone there for each for several years and have been very pleased. Dr. Hickey and the whole staff there are exceptional!

Downtown dental is a wonderful establishment. So far they have been fantastic aside from their front desk employee Joy who is absolutely one of the rudest and most lazy receptionists I've ever dealt with. When the other receptionist is working there is never an issue but this girl refuses to assist patients coming for appointments by using her computer and technology and looking up to see if there will be charges. She tried to tell me an insurance agent how insurance and billing works and also claimed that she couldn't tell me if there is any charge or not because she would have to fill out a form mail it to them and it would take 4 weeks and there was no other way to find out any information which was a complete lie and not at all how insurance and billing works when you're simply trying to see if the charge would be due after services, simply because she is lazy and refused to turn around and use her computer. Aside from the front desk receptionist Joy or join whatever her name is downtown dental is wonderful. But that girl needs fired ASAP!

Best dentist EVER! Honestly so nice and so helpful. My mom is quite a handful and these guys were so good to her. Such pros! And what an amazing result. The best looking dentures she could ever ask for! Everything was fast and easy! Super thankful to have found them!

I'm so happy I found downtown dental. I have not seen a dentist my entire adult life and was pretty nervous. I also don't have insurance so I was worried about the cost. They have been so great to work with, I wish I'd seen them sooner! Marsha and her staff are all so nice and knowledgeable. They have great pricing if you don't have insurance and they're such a necessary and valuable resource in our community.

The best experience I've had at a dentist office. Dr hickey is amazing. She was telling me what she was doing throughout the process. Usually the dentist office isn't a enjoyable experience, but here it was actually pleasant. THank you the staff at downtown dental!

I absolutely love this dental provider. All staff are always friendly and helpful, my regular hygienist, Monica, always makes my visits fun. She is the epitome of wonderful!!! Dr. Hickey is not only professional, but also personable, I never feel rushed. Ms. Susan at the front always has a smile, which starts the visit off perfectly since she is normally the first person you see while walking in. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would gladly do so. This is the best dentist in town and the staff make it what it is!

I had a really good experience here. They managed to squeeze me in at the last minute one day. Prices are very reasonable and Dr. Hickey is super friendly. I plan to make this my new dentist and told my family + friends about it :)

Absolutely amazing. I have avoided going to the dentist in years due to dental anxiety on top of my social anxiety which has resulted in four decayed teeth, multiple cavities and so much buildup. I have been in pain every day for years. Haven't been able to eat properly or even sleep properly because of the pain. Finally had to go to the dentist because I couldn't take it anymore. Marsha and her team treated me with complete respect and care. No shame whatsoever. They made me happy and optimistic about going to the dentist. I no longer have panic attacks when I think about going back. They have completely flipped my relationship with dentists and my dental health around. I cannot explain how grateful I am for them. Not to mention how incredibly gentle they were as well. Physically and emotionally. I went without insurance and they didn't try to force anything on me that I didn't need. Actually tried to save me money. And what I did pay, the prices were extremely fair. You can tell they actually care about each individual person and listen to your needs and cater to them. Genuinely the most caring and amazing people I've ever came across. I will continue to go to them and pay out of pocket for it because they're just that good. They have no idea how much relief they've given me. Thank you so much.

The best dentist I have ever visited! I have been going to Downtown Dental for a few years now and they are amazing. Dr. Hickey makes you feel very comfortable and Monica is a great hygienist. Very professional, great, caring staff.
