Downtown Dental Group is my all time favorite dentist experience. Dr. Juliana Hall is easy to talk to. She is honest and answered all of my questions straight forward with out tacking on unnecessary cost. All of my cost was known to me before any procedure done. I was extremely pleased with her skills. I looked forward to my dental cleanings by Michael. He has an outstanding demeanor and skills that put me at ease. I no longer felt like I was being choked by water. He has a very gentle touch with the tools that was painless for me. No more jabbing. All of the staff is very pleasant and competent. I am always reminded of appointments and my quotes and billing were always timely. Thanks to everyone, Linda

I cannot give Downtown Dental enough praise. They are a rare practice where everyone works with you and for you, making sure your dental care is top tier. From the office staff to the techs to the hygienists and doctors, I get the best dental care I've ever had. Not only that, Downtown Dental offers me a very fun option for my crowns ... one I haven't been able to find for more than 30 years! I now have an old crown with a picture of a bush plane with tundra tires and 2 new crowns, one with a picture of my Corgi and one with a rose!! It's so fun, and they are beautiful. Choose Downtown Dental Group for great dental care with great staff

They're good in routine dental exams, however they keep bugging you to schedule by repeated phone calls & voicemails.

My mom had a dental emergency today when I called Niki answered the phone and was able to squeeze my mom in for a same day visit. When we arrived Sarah got my mom checked-in. Erin took my mom to the back to begin the X-Rays with Tracy while Cade assisted her with medical history paperwork. I am thankful for the help from the entire team at this dental office. Highly recommend them because they are fast, friendly, efficient, and compassionate :)

Dr. Hall is by far the best dentist I have ever had! I have never experienced a dental practice so invested in my teeth. I had to have a procedure on a couple of teeth. Dr. Hall took the time to explain the procedure, and make sure I was comfortable. She takes her time to get it right! Then during the procedure, Tracy, my amazing dental assistant, was calming and supportive, making me feel very comfortable. I am so happy I found this place!

Dr. Hall is absolutely phenomenal. I am so grateful for her, and her genuinity as a medical professional. Dr. Hall truly cares for her patients. She has gone above and beyond for me, ensuring I recieve exceptional dental care. She stayed late, after closing to ensure I recieved a crown, and did not hesitate to do so, personally walking me out at the end of the session. She is an exemplary doctor, and I will always visit her for all of mine and my family's dental needs. As someone who has had and still is under going tons of dental work, it can be overwhelming, but Dr. Hall has been so kind, thoughtful, professional, and understanding. She is dedicated to her patients and ensuring they recieve the best care. Finding the right dentist can be exhausting and intimidating, but Dr. Hall has treated me with absolute respect, kindness, and thoughtfullness since my first visit and I 100/10 Recommend!

disgusting, i was stabbed in the tongue multiple times while being given numbing shots, they didn't say a single thing to me the entire appointment and ignored me when i tried to start a conversation.

I see Dr. Winter for my sleep apnea oral appliance. Every time I come in, I feel like I am part of the Downtown Dental family. Everyone is so kind and attentive. When there is an issue, they are genuinely concerned and get to the heart of the problem right away. Dr. Winter really truly is a gem! They really go above and beyond for their patients and I am so glad that I found them. I highly recommend Downtown Dental and their amazing family of staff.

I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone! I have extreme dental anxiety so I have to choose wisely when it comes to my dental care. Dr. Hall is THE BEST!!!. I was treated so well by Dr. Hall and her great staff! She was so patient and kind. Thank you so much for the excellent care.

I had the new dentist and her assistant. They were both so personable and kind. Dr, Hall/Hill (?) answered question and explained my plan plan moving forward. Going to the dentist is not my favorite activity, but Downtown Dental is a great place to go if you need dental work. EVERYONE is so caring!!!

Dr Hall and Kendra are phenomenal! They make you feel so very comfortable, and are willing to discuss all of your concerns in detail. I'm very excited to continue this journey with them!

So I have almost always passed out from needles of any kind, flu shots, blood, dentist numbing stuff, etc. these guys accommodated to that need perfectly I can't thank them enough for making my last 3 fillings go so smoothly to the point I don't even feel light headed anymore. Would highly recommend to anyone experiencing needle or dentistry anxiety

It's been almost a year since I discovered Downtown Dental and I still wish it happened sooner! Michael and Dr. Hall were knowledegable, gentle, and fantastic in their care; it's like hanging out with friends that just so happen to be great dentists. I HIGHLY recommend coming here, especially if you no longer want to dread visiting the dentist.

OMGOODNESS, Downtown Dental Group Is amazing especially my NEW Dr. HALL!!!! I seriously fell asleep while getting a root canal. Caring, compassionate and knows her stuff. I have serious anxiety about the dentist. Maria was so sweet and so patient with me explaining what she was doing and why and what to expect. She made it such an anxious free experience and Dr. Hall was so amazing including me in when they were discussing the work I needed to have done.
