Where to begin, Downtown Dental would get negative stars if it were possible. The dental care is good but the front staff is unfortunately incompetent and have the worst professional service I have ever dealt with. Dr. Crown is so nice too, so it is a shame to lose patients over simple and basic decent communication. Maybe it's time to update the staff with the new hall lobby.

Today was my first appointment with Downtown Dental Group. Best treatment ever! Love them! Love love love, Adam, my hygienist! Great cleaning! Dr. Crow was quite thorough with my exam. I feel like I am in the BEST hands! I would highly recommend them!

Great dental experience. Dr. Crow and Brooke completed a difficult dental filling procedure with zero pain or discomfort. Extremely professional and cost effective. Overall outstanding work. Would give them 6 stars if I could.

For decades, I absolutely dreaded going to the dentist--whether for cleanings or treatment--I have had a lot of work done and some really bad experiences. Several years ago, an unanticipated 7-hour appointment with a different dentist than I was expecting led me to Downtown Dental Group in an effort to fix the new crowns that were causing problems with my bite. In the years since I've been going to DDG, I have still had some work done here and there, but my dental health has greatly improved. Much of this can be attributed to the dental hygienist I see--he is incredibly friendly, attentive and encouraging, and behavioral changes are framed in a very positive way (with specific advice on potential problem areas, etc.). His demeanor and interaction make the dentist's chair as close to an enjoyable experience as it can be, and he's the person who convinced me that flossing regularly would make a difference. I thought I was a lost cause, but my habit changes have led to being cavity free for the past few years! I should add that Dr. Crow is great as well--very pleasant and calm demeanor, and she takes time to be sure everything is done as it should be.
