I DO NOT RECOMMEND this office at all I've been trying to get my X-ray sending a couple of emails and calling and the staff ignored me. Also, I can't understand they charge me for a dental cleaning x-rays, and the dentist $437 I'm not a new patient in all these years that I have been going to this office I didn't have this inconvenience or paying $437 just for regular cleaning. Please if you're looking for a reliable place DON'T go there. Good luck I hope you guys keep the loyalty for your patients by taking their money.

Love the new office, very modern & huge! I've been a client for 7 years. Even after I moved from Palm Beach Gardens to Lauderdale-By-The-Sea! I would rather travel the distance because I trust and value the staff and Dr. who maintains my smile!

I called a week before making an appointment to make sure they accept my insurance. The girl who answered the phone took my health insurance information. I waited on the phone for her to check my information and she came back on and said they accepted my health insurance. I went ahead and made the appointment. The day of the appointment I get there and while I am filling out the new patient paperwork, I am told they don't accept my health insurance. The girl was very apologetic, but I mean what a waste of my time.

Filling fell out of tooth had a hole cutting my tongue. Needed another tooth filled said 3 surfaces. Needed 3 other separate bondings. New owner of the practice said he would only do the repairs with 3 crowns for $6,000.00. Just guessing, but probably paid top top dollar for previous owner's goodwill, probably buried in leveraged debt from the purchase, and very likely liable for about $20,000.00 monthly on the office lease with Downtown At The Gardens. Took 2 xrays, spent 5 minutes figuring how to take me to the cleaner's, billed my insurance a couple hundred bucks and sent me an invoice for $15 Copay. No less than an amazing experience. Better have held onto a bunch bunch of CASH and not in the stock market to float the place as it looks like going to be a long land painful bathtaking. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DESPERATE PLACE OF BUSINESS!

Beware!! This office charges you to explain how to floss & brush your teeth! Never in 55 years of going to a dentist have I been charged $$$ that insurance would not pay to be told I need to floss more! Did not know about this "fee" till I received bill.

This place is a scam. Went in for a cleaning and exam that should have been fully covered by my insurance. Checking out, they demanded payment. (Some kind of fee, plus some of the treatment isn't covered). I was annoyed, but paid it. ONE YEAR LATER, they are contacting me to get $125 more for that appointment. I am reporting this fraud to my insurance. Do not go here!

Update: while I was very happy with my hygienist Sharon, Iam not happy with this dental office. After getting dental insurance and getting an xray as required by my new dentist I was shown all the left over plaque under my gums a month after this invasive ,painful ROOT PLANNING& SCALING. This office did not educate me on the process of this $1000+ cleaning that I paid for in full without insurance. Nor did they bother to do an xray to make sure all the plaque was gone. The new dentist not only showed me the xray with all the plaque under gums but informed me that it was not created in the month time span since I had my cleaning at all smiles . I do not recommend all smiles . I came in for a specialty cleaning (scaling & root planning) . My dental hygienist Sharon was absolutely wonderful! She made sure I was not experiencing any pain or discomfort at any point during this aggressive cleaning procedure. She was helpful , knowledgeable and did an exceptional job on my teeth. Dental procedures can be stressful but Sharon made the experience painless. Thank you Sharon for helping me keep a beautiful smile!

I would never go back there again the way I was treated on my appointment by the manager very rude and very disrespectful I am going also to send a letter to corporate and remove my family from doing any business with them my son and both of my daughter that was the office end downtown dental Palm Beach Gardens never again maybe the name change to Gentle Dental

Changed my mind. This place does not communicate at all. The staff make you feel like a problem. The techs make unnecessary and judgmental comments about you, do not recommend. I waited almost a week for a call back about my follow up appointment and care plan, to have to call and find out they just forgot about me. Then get told they would send it over that day when the dentist signed off on it. Three weeks later and still nothing.

What an absolute wonderful experience I had at All smiles dentistry. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. Dr. Piroli was very informative and honest. Abigail and Nathan was super awesome and informative. Definitely was a great pick for me and my family. The honesty is what got me and how friendly everyone is.

The doctor makes sure you are not feeling the pain, makes you feel very comfortable before the procedure. The hygienist was also so friendly. :)
