The dental hygienist was friendly and professional. She did a great job. The dentist who evaluated afterwards regarding my crown replacement was equally friendly and professional. Very clean very pleasant.experience , Love this place Thank you!

My first time I booked a cleaning and a checkup. Really nice. Very clean professional FAST dentist office. I was able to book an appointment within the week and when I arrived on time I went into the room right away no wait. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All their equipment, tools, and tech seem modern and up to date. The dental hygienist was really great she did all my x-rays and did a wonderful cleaning. As soon as she was done the doc came right in and reviewed everything. Fastest most efficient medical appointment I've probably ever had. The Doc has great bed side manner, didn't rush and really makes you feel like he cares. As far as dentist appointments go I couldn't be happier. I don't know what else you could be looking for in a dentist office. This is the place. A++

My husband and I both see Dr. Shah. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone. We have really appreciated every visit. He is very thorough and easy to talk with. He listens to any concerns patiently and provides honest, well-rounded advice. The office staff are always very kind and helpful as well. The office itself is very clean, modern, and calming. We've never had any issues with billing or insurance. Overall, we've only had positive experiences!

It was perfect.They were able to accommodate my schedule and arrived a couple of minutes early and was brought in at the time of my appt. Dr. Shah was professional as always. I was in an out in half hour. Brilliant!

First time visit for a clean-up was a very positive experience. Very clean and modern space, and friendly staff on site. Lead dentist (Dr. Moses) has a great bedside manner, and made the visit even more welcoming.This will be my new go to neighborhood dentist.

I am so grateful I found this office and Dr. Shah! I initially brought my partner in because it had been a while since a visit to the dentist's, there was some dental anxiety, but some help was needed. From the start Downtown Dental made sure to ease all of our worries. Everyone at the office was so kind and professional, it made everything worth it to know we were in good hands. The experience was so wonderful that I decided to go for a check-up for myself and my sister as well. Thank you Downtown Dental, we're grateful to have found a reliable and trustworthy space to become regulars of!

I absolutely recommend Downtown Dental! The hygienists are extremely thorough and have always been gentle as I have very sensitive gums. I recently had a cavity and Dr. Shah took the time to explain to me where it was and even pointed it out on the screen. I appreciate their attention to detail and patient care!

I have seen both Dr. Moses and Dr. Shaw and everyone including the entire staff is so friendly, attentive, knowledgable and really accommodating! It's been a great experience and would highly recommend the team to anyone.

My family and I had a great experience with Dr Shah and his staff. Dr Shah spent time talking to me about any concerns or questions I had about my upcoming Invisalign plan and had an amazing bedside manner with my 5 year old son. The staff was efficient and were able to move things along smoothly. The office had warm and comfortable and was very clean. Highly recommend Dr Shah and Downtown Dental!
