First off I'm going to admit I'm a recovering addict. I've been clean now 9 years! Praise God and give me strength. I was at a point where I was financially and mentally stable to do something about my smile / self esteem. These better than you humans pulled all of my teeth, just on top and made me go about my day for four months with no upper teeth, thanks for the help with my self esteem. I was to take a better paying job and move closer to my daughter but decided to use the dental insurance. I have paid for for 6 years before I made the move and 6 months later I have half of my "dentures" done! Go somewhere else! And don't show up to an appointment early unless you enjoy Disney movies.

I visited Downtown Dental and Vision to have to some oral work done on my 3 year old daughter. She had baby bottle decay on her two front upper teeth. I had thought they would need to be pulled, but Dr. Cusimano was able to successfully get her a set of white crowns in. He and his dental assistant were very friendly, comforting and gentle with my baby. I'm so glad that I reached out to this office, because the dentist that my children previously went to said the he was unable to do anything with her teeth. I guess I will be switching them all over now. The entire staff was pleasant and the establishment was clean and kid friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of being seen at downtown dental I was in a situation where I had no appointment and walked in and was able to get a tooth extracted I don't think this is something that happens very often But they were truly saw the pain and discomfort that I was in and had true concern for my dental health but I am deeply appreciative of their professionalism and courtesy during a time of need I will be a lifelong patient at downtown dental and Dr. G

Dentist was kinda Rude...He walked in texting on his phone and didn't speak to me at all...I think they only give good customer service to other caucasians

I paid for my glasses to be shipped to me and provided the correct address for them to be shipped to me and intern my glasses were sent to the wrong address and I was told I hollered and cussed at one of the employees which is false. This business is not trustworthy neither are they responsible. Please do not patronize in their business. I will be filing a claim with my insurance agency.

Dentist Gamotis was very rude and unprofessional and didn't know what he was doing or talking about. Worst experience ever. I will never go back to that office again. He told me i had cavities and when i went to another dentist after him refusing to help me , i was told i had no cavities.

These guys are the best dentists in mobile in my opinion. So professional. I went in there with bad teeth and embarrassed and they couldn't have made me feel more comfortable. The work they performed so far has been fantastic. 100 percent recommend them

My visit was really great and they took no time to get started. It was really quick and friendly. The hygienist Amber did a really good job she was really gentle and nice. 10/10 would recommend

I've never had any problems from downtown dental and vision. They have always been great to my child and myself! Super friendly and kid friendly. Caring and great service !

Horrible experience dentist pointed out teeth that weren't even the ones I went in to see about referred me to an endodontist after that I tried to call 4 or 5 times even left messages never once even gave me the common courtesy of calling back called all three days they claim to be open I called no answer I even texted the number the give you on the recording you get when you call them during business hours and guess what yeah still no answer I would not recommend them anyone and the members of my family who referred me to them will never use them again neither will anyone who has any sense at all I will definatly tell anyone who is planning to go to this joke of a dentist to go to a real dentist who actually answers the phone when you call. What a joke of a place
