He cared for the dental needs of my household family . I stared us their in 1998. Divorced in 2002 daughters marry been hard for me .to get the health & dental require ect. Dr,Downs & his staff were awesome dentist team with my children that I know of he was with my girls. . Ladies we need extra attention to our teeth we loose alot of calcium & we need alot especially during pregnancy. SLH/SLN Oct ,2022

I have a pretty severe case and ive been trying to see a dentist since 2019.Ive hit wall after wall with various insurances and the covid shutdown etc but i finally made it into Downs.I was very nervous,apprehensive and just scared...until i walked in.First you see Hannah and she is simply hypnotizing.I feel it is essential to business that the first thing you see when you walk in the door is a pretty face so definite score for strategy points for Dr.Downs on that.Then you meet Anna Lee and after just a few moments talking to her it felt like i knew her for years and you can tell she loves what she does.She has something truly magical about her voice and that is very comforting considering im in a dentist chair. Then i met Dr Alex Downs with his confidence and reassurance he made me feel like everything is gonna be alright and i believed him. When it came time discuss the plan and path to take financially with Ms Amy i felt stress ,anxiety and pressure free with her and to me thats invaluable to a business when it comes time to discuss what the cost will be. To sum up my short story i will say when I left there i felt like a totally different person,i felt better and i owe it all to these beautiful,magical,intelligent and professional people.To be honest i wanted to hug them all before i left to show how much of an impact they had on me.To have the best dentist in Dr Alex is awesome but to have a team of people from the front door to the exit that can change your condition emotionally and make you feel better about yourself is truly rare and very special and something to hold on to.My family nor i will ever change Dentists again. Huge thank you to all of them.

I will not ever go to another dentist!! This team is absolutely amazing!! They not only truly care but they listen and make everything is just right!! I've never had a better experience for myself at a dentist office! They treat like a person not a patient!

This is my best dental visit, everyone so friendly had no pain no pills necessary put me in a crown saved my tooth many thanks to everyone I've returned for more treatments Dr. Larry has done his best to correct bad dental work that had been done , whew im thankful no one else ever going to work on my teeth but him, everyone who works there is exceptional, make you feel welcomed, I don't dread going to dentist anymore thanks again Downs Dentistry make sure you get second opinions he was mine and I'm thankful!

These were the most precious people! The staff was so helpful with my situation of not having dental insurance that BEFORE the end of the appointment,Amy, the office attendant, brought me an insurance agents name and number and the dental hygienist told me that if I needed ANY help with figuring it all out that Amy was going to be there to help me at any time. Also, Beth, the dental hygienist, explained ever step of my dental plan with me while having my feelings in mind! She AND the dentist had a very COMFORTING bedside manner.
