Just had my wisdom teeth removed today and the staff was fantastic! They are super caring and make you feel very safe and comfortable. Dr. Morris was excellent as well!

I had a wisdom teeth removal today and was so nervous about everything that I was literally crying in the waiting room and back in the room until I was under the anesthesia. Well let me tell you, if I had known how well this was going to go I would have had them out many years ago (I'm a 38yr Mom of three but I was seriously petrified over this). Though I don't know if I would have had the results I have now if I didn't see Dr. Morris and his staff. They took such great care of me and kept reassuring me that I would be fine. Hours later and I feel great. 5 Starts is not nearly a high enough rating. I would recommend Dr. Morris and his staff to anyone, any day/time. A million thumbs up for all of them!! Thank You so much Dr. Morris and Staff!!

Had my wisdom teeth pulled. A+ Great all the way around. Friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Morris was great. No pain at all. Would recommend to anyone who needs an oral surgeon.

I was in a lot of pain a lot of and he saw me the same day! Dr Morris was so kind and skilled. He has great bedside manner. He listened to my cues during the whole procedure and let me have little breaks when I needed. His staff was so very nice as well. I feel so fortunate to have found him.

So thankful and blessed Dr. Morris is still in practice and is not retired!! Dr. Morris and his staff are amazing here. Taking their time with each Patient. They all make you feel like family. Thank you so much for seeing my daughter Meadow today. You all are a blessing and may God bless you all!

I've known Dr. Morris for over two decades. He is the best in the Downriver area. He has worked on my teeth as well as my husband's teeth. I would not go to anyone else for oral surgery.

Both of my children have had their wisdom teeth removed here. As uncomfortable a situation this is the staff and Dr. Kyle Thorsrud made it the best experience possible. Everyone is professional, kind and helpful. Dr. Thorsrud called later in the evening to check on my daughter and was available over the weekend via cell when a small complication with the medication came up. I would highly recommend this place if you are in need of their services.

This is our first visit at this location. My second bad review i have ever done. My son is 20yr old was referred here by his regular dentist office. He needed to see an oral surgeon he has two wisdom teeth that are coming in sideways. His appointment was at 11am March 15,2019 we were a little early . He was called back right away ,we walk to the room. Watch a video etc. We were told he would be seen by the Dentist shortly. After 45 min or so another employee comes back lets us know the dentist is still with the previous patient that the surgery is taking longer than expected. She asked us if we wanted to reschedule or wait another 30 minutes. I let her know I'm off today we can wait another 30 minutes. That was around 11:45 am . NOONE came back to check on us after that !!! We patiently waited and waited.(No patients just the one in surgery and my son we were by front door) At around almost 1:00pm my son and i decided just to leave , walk out. As,we were walking towards the exit door the young lady at the front desk asked "if we were leaving? my son was walking behind me he says "yes we are leaving"! We get in the car and drive off. I felt i had to share our experience today. Now, think about this ? How would u feel if this happened to you?

Dr. Morris is excellent and helped me resolve my pain issue. However, my bad rating is for the office staff. I had an insurance change to Blue Cross in January and I presented my new card at my followup visit. The office staff disregarded my new insurance and didn't bill them, while billing my OLD insurance company and my secondary insurance which remains in effect. They sent me a statement for the balance. I tried to resolve this issue in early March by leaving a phone message after hours. When I didn't receive a return phone call, I called during business hours a few days later. I spoke with someone who said "As I talked to you about this last week, I billed Blue Cross." I said "I didn't talk to you - I left a message." She assured me she billed Blue Cross. A month later I received a letter threatening to turn my account over to collections if I don't pay the balance in 2 weeks. They also sent another statement with NO indication that they billed Blue Cross. I will consider revising this review if they care enough to read it and contact me. Unfortunately I will probably have to time off from work to go there personally to straighten this out.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled here and had a wonderful experience. Would recommend Downriver Sugary Center to anyone! Very professional and comforting. I'm immensely satisfied with my service! Dr. Morris and Kelly are the best :)
