Dr. Gaunt is proud to be a native of Spokane. He grew up in the Wandermere area and went to Mount Spokane High School. As the son of a dental hygienist and the grandson of a dentist, he decided after much prayer and discernment to pursue his career in the footsteps of those great role models in his life. After moving to Bellingham and Glendale for school, he welcomed the opportunity to return home to Spokane to raise his family and serve his community as a dentist. He is married with a growing family. In his free, time Dr. Gaunt enjoys camping, hiking, sports, reading, barbequing, date nights with his wife, wrestling with his kids, watching the Seahawks, and volunteering with high school youth ministry.
Professionally, Dr. Gaunt is very passionate and committed to dentistry. In order to provide patients with a greater range of services, he has traveled all over the country to receive advanced training in dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, root canals, extractions, and more. He has found a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry, and he finds few things more professionally rewarding than transforming the smile of someone who was once embarrassed to show their teeth. He is a perfectionist who always ensures you receive the highest level of quality treatment possible.
