Had dental work done here before. The dentists and staff are great. The wait time in between appointments is the only detriment to your experience in this location.

The adapting the new system to better service your guest/patients is great. But it should be done on a private basis. Having the public ear of anyone in the waiting room is infringing on one's privacy. Please keep this in mind going forward.

First and foremost I would like to say I was very skeptical about visiting this dental office, however when Covid hit in 2020 my usual Dentist 25 years closed business and retired I was left out without a dentist and found myself searching for a new home and was referred to a dental place in the city of Buena Park office looked very fancy but their service was quite terrible not to mention over priced. and then when my insurance automatically assigned me to downey dental Promenade I frankly thought that their service was going to be just like the one in Buena Park assuming all they were interested in why collecting money but I was totally wrong the doctors the staff were very considerate from day one the dentist who took care of me that day Dr. Ortega was amazing office manager was pretty great too! They explain in detail procedure and processes that I did not understand or was familiar with overall my experience was pretty amazing I would love to recommend them to everyone that I know . Thank you so much Downey Promenade Dental group for taking care of me and my necessities I am definitely a happy and grateful customer you are Allan amazing team thank you

I was treated here for the first time by Dr.Peza and hygienist Bobby and they're great! Not only are they super patient but really gave me an explanation for every step and helped me figure out the best route to take according to my health plan and financial situation. The entire staff was also super friendly to me and the place is very clean. I'll definitely be returning.

Had dental work done here before. The dentists and staff are great. Unfortunately, as usual when calling dentist offices, the people who pick up calls can come off as hasted and stressed. This is a detriment to the quality of communication between customer and merchant. For example, cutting someone off when they are talking is unprofessional and reflects a person as being uneducated, or more precisely, ignorant to how to communicate effectively. Additionally, doing this behavior as a result of sounding frustrated with the caller, as if they are on a holiday and not at work and expected to deal with all kinds of situations, is extremely rude and ruins the pleasant experience that a customer had the expectation of experiencing. Consequently, this shortcoming has made me sway to a different business to put my money into.

I have been going here for a few years now. I love Dr. Pessah and the staff at Downey Promenade Dental Group. Best dentist and office staff in my 50+ years. Usiela did a great cleaning while friendly and kindly helping me learn better dental care. Would be happy to have her take care of me again. Their office has the latest tech. I had a crown that had been bugging me for years. They replaced it in one visit and I have not had any issues since. Highly recommend using this dentist office.

First of all, I was overbilled during my extraction and my money was never refunded. Also, I was encouraged to purchase a nightguard while in the implant process. Of course, no one mentioned that I would need another nightguard after the implant was in place. Lastly, I was way overcharged for the implant. I was encouraged to purchase things by experts that I did not need and at a high price. I ended up going to another doctor to finish the implant process, he was upfront about payment and considerably cheaper. When this doctor requested to have my records sent over, the office was not helpful and were rude. They sent over unusable records. I have left this office feeling like I was taken advantage of and losing trust in dentists. When a doctor tells you that you need something you trust them. Don't trust this office they just want you to overpay and buy things you do not need.

this dental office is build to rip you off as much as they can with your insurance, they have no mercy and all they want is your insurance and your own co-pay money, after they reviewed all the works that needs to be done with your whole mouth u will almost gonna get stroke with the amount of your co payment . What a rip off .

I've been going here for years, and here why you should too! From the first time I was there, they treated my with respect and always explained things to me. The skills that they have here will make you relax when going through any procedure. They have up to date technology! No old school x-ray's! They really take good care of you! Honestly is key when someone is working on your teeth, they deliver! I had a root canal that couldn't be done anywhere else.but they have the knowledge amd the skills to provide me a very comfortable experience! This is why you need to go here! Do NOT USE THEIR FINANCE company for Dental (Smile Generation) they slap a $800 something charge after one year of no interest. They also lied on my credit application for the income to get me a high credit limit. Desperate and shady practices!!!!!!! I was under the impression I would be charged interest for the remaining balance!!! Hate that they mislead people during a PANDEMIC! Screw this place

Came in for a whitening procedure and I am very very satisfied!! Amazing staff, and the docs are wonderful! Definitely found my new dentist! Highly recommended go and get your check up!!!!

Had an appointment for 11am for tooth extraction didnt get seen by the dentist until 12:40pm. The staff are over appointing their patient, in any business if you can't see your patient within an hour then they should start adjusting their appointment time. I am not happy because I have to work at the same day end up calling from work and the prescription they gave me has no signature from the dentist so I end up going back to their location and have it sign

The worst dental work I ever had. Had a crown done and till today I haven't been able to eat on that Sade I Went many times beck to get it Adjusted but the doctor said it was not mal to feel pain last visit the doctor said I need a Root canal and it will be an extra charge.

Not a patient here, I literally called to ask some questions as a new patient , sonia and roy or ronald whatever the guy name was were so rude on the phone! Disgusting customer service on BOTH there end !!
