He enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife, Anna, daughters, son and his rescue pugs. His weekends are full of home improvement projects, tinkering with computers, spending time on the water and camping. He is a member of Pima Dental Study Club, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the Southern Arizona Dental Society.
Dr. Louis Jackson grew up in Rapid City South Dakota. After graduating high school, he attended Iowa State University where he attained his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Dr. Jackson received his dental training at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in Denver, CO. Following graduation from dental school Dr. Jackson practiced for several years at a pediatric office in Albuquerque, NM. It was during this time that Dr. Jackson realized his upbeat, positive personality was a great fit for the pediatric world. Dr. Jackson completed his pediatric dentistry specialty training through NYU Langone Medical Center at El Rio Community Health in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Jackson loves working with the community and welcomes invitations to participate in volunteer opportunities.
Dr. Jacksons goal is to set up his patients for a lifetime of healthy smiles through prevention of dental disease. He believes in using current technology and evidence based dentistry to provide excellent care and deliver a world-class dental experience. When Dr. Jackson is not helping create healthy smiles, he likes to live an active lifestyle. His hobbies include fitness, basketball, and spending time with his wife, Brittaney, and their dog, Scooter.

Can't say enough positive things about Dr. Jackson and his staff. Our two kids (ages 2 and 5) are patients and love going to appts! They really try to make it relaxed and a positive experience for the kids. I'd definitely recommend them.

Dr. Jackson is amazing. Great positive energy, super personable. We went to his office for a 2nd opinion and we aren't leaving! Highly HIGHLY recommend.

Our three kids had been patients of Dr. Russett-Collett and when she retired, we were worried about who our next dentist would be, as our kids loved her so much. We ended up going with Dr. Jackson at Downeast Pediatric Dentistry and have been so pleased. He is great with the kids, explains what he's doing very clearly, and has a warm personality. The office staff and hygienist are also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson. It's so wonderful having our kids actively look forward to going to the dentist.

Such a friendly front staff! My daughter had treatment done and Dr. Jackson and his assistant Allie were amazing with her! We appreciated the post- op call to see how she was doing. Recommending all my friends here!
