This was my 3rd visit with Down to Earth dental. Each visit has been very pleasant! Lovely environment and everyone is always so inviting (both front office and back office staff). They engage in conversation and are informative when it comes to dental care questions. Thank you to all the staff!

Two lower front teeth broke at the gum line. It was just a week after the passing of my wife. They took me in that day for the difficult removal. They were very kind and understanding. I was scheduled for a trip to Vienna Astraila and wanted to have a bridge in place prior to leaving. The put a rush on the making and the bridge was ready days ahead of my departure. Beautiful work and I don't have to be embarrassed smiling.

I haven't been to the dentist in a while since I've moved around a lot. I was looking for a permanent dentist since I've purchased my first home, and I am so happy I found Down to Earth Dental. The vibe is in the name, when you walk in the decorations are calming and uplifting. I was greeted by Dana who was extremely sweet and cheerful, and Natalie cleaned my teeth. She was very calm and gentle, my anxiety for my first teeth cleaning went away quickly because of how awesome Natalie was. Dr. Zhou checked on my teeth and she went straight for business, quick and efficient. Exactly how I want my dentist to be. I am very happy with my choice... I will definitely be going to Down to Earth Dental for all my teeth appointments. Thank you so much!

Most comfortable cleaning I have ever gotten from Natalie the dental hygienist. She took her time and was very welcoming song with other staff that treated me that day. Will definitely go here from now on for all my dental needs.

Very technologically advanced with all the Xray equipment! Friendly staff and doctors! Very detail oriented! Also always made sure I was comfortable.

I was searching everywhere High and Low for a dentist when I found Down to Earth dental and let me tell You they were very down to earth, welcoming, and being in a wheelchair I was worried about fitting in, but after going I felt more welcomed than perfectly fitted dentures, and MY SMILE IS IMMACULATE!!! This is thee place to be for Your teeth and warm memories.

I absolutely love my dentist office! Everyone is so kind. And they are truly down to earth and I love it. My treatment plan is clear and achievable. I NEVER make reviews. BUT, as someone who gets very bad anxiety in the dentist chair, I encourage you to try this place out. You will not be disappointed. Dr. Prato deeply cares for his patients and is also a Buckeye!! OH!! So look no further, take your next step in your self care journey and book a consultation. P.S. my son and I both go here for general dentistry and ortho.

This dental office and their staff have saved me from the most horrible experience I ever went through dental wise. I ended up with dry socket from a wisdom tooth extraction from a different dental office in town. They took me in the same day I called and had me fixed up the right way. I was not having a good day and they made sure they took their time and that I was comfortable while they were stitching me up. Every time I come in the staff is always friendly and helpful. Best dental office in federal way.

I have been a patient for several years now. Friendly, prompt, professional, educational. Happy to have a truly patient-centered dental group so close to home with convenient appointment hours. I have always felt safe - never concerned about their safety protocols. Highly recommend.

Dr. Prato, and Ms. Kimberly, and Cassie, and D.J. and okay I cannot name them all, but EVERY single person that works at this office is incredible!!! This office has the nicest, most caring staff anywhere in WA state!! Down to Earth Dental in NE Tacoma cares about providing great dental work, but they also provide a caring atmosphere so the whole dental experience is awesome!!! Never want to go anywhere else!!!

This is by far the best dentist I've ever went to, been going to the same dentist for years. Each and everyone of the individuals that I've spoke to are such kind-hearted people and they make you feel so comfortable even when a person like me doesn't like the dentist, they make me feel comfortable and safe.

This place is amazing!!! The care of flexibility they show is unmatched. There were a lot of things that I both wanted and needed to get done before a big trip I have coming up and they did everything in their power to make sure it got done. I cannot believe I found this place! And they are open on SATURDAYS! The ladies up front are amazing. Always so friendly and quick to help at any minutes notice. This place is a true blessing.

Highly recommend this dental office! appointments are available even on weekends and evenings. staff is professional and courteous. Office manager Kimberly is polite, courteous and knows how to run the office in a superb manner. Dentists are quick and professional to respond to a variety of dental problems.
