Where to start. Back in October I called to go in for a emergency, my last wisdom tooth broke in half. I had to wait into November to see him for a emergency. I went to a different dentist in kittery and sorted me out in two day. The reason for this post is that I receive a letter for a collection agency regarding a bill I never received from mr kings office. I sent the company that money today. I never once receive a bill from mr kings office or a phone call to say that I had a outstanding bill that needed to be paid they went directly to a collections agency and request they get the money and while doing that damaging my credit less 17 point. Use him if you want but for a emergency you don't want to wait 8-10 weeks Go to Foreside Family Dental in Kittery. All around Better service for sure.

I had 3 wisdom teeth removed here and it couldn't have been quicker or easier for me and I have a serious fear of anything to do with dental work. Very genuine people who you can trust will take good care of you and help you through whatever. Thank you everyone at Dover oral I 100% recommend to people!

My daughter was seen on 1/27/22 for a tooth extraction with Dr Schonfield. Before the procedure my daughter was really anxious and worried, coming in for the appointment the whole staff was so friendly and made my daughter feel completely at ease. Kim who was at the front desk talked with me while I waited for my daughters procedure to be done, Sarah and Kaylee were in the room and joked around with my daughter and put her nerves to rest before they started. They stayed with her the whole procedure and comforted her. After the procedure we were sent off with well wishes from the whole staff, Tracey and Jackie at the front desk, as well as the clinical staff Kelly, Denise and Lisa. All of the staff including Dr schonfield were so very professional and kind. Their attitudes reflected how much they care for their patients and also highlighted their pride in what they do. I would highly recommend coming here for any procedure you may need!! They will take the utmost care from start to finish and even afterwards!!

What a amazing office this is, from the dentist to the employees. Dr King is a special human being who does a fabulous job extracting a tooth, he has several special qualities, he is concerned often asking during the procedure if we are doing ok , he also reassures us that we are doing well, lastly he is a special boss who during a procedure always thanks the person helping him, that truly impressed me. Tracy, the gal who works with him made me feel so comfortable, she answers any and all questions , she had comforting words and she cared that I felt relaxed Becky, the lady that checks you in, what a sweet lady. I couldn't find the office so I called to ask for directions, what a patient lady she was as she gave me the directions These people made my experience a joyful time, I left with a smile Yes yes yes yes I hardly recommend this office which is in Dover NH Andddddd, having the extraction did not hurt Thank you Dr King, Tracy and Becky

Dr. King removed my wisdom tooth easily and painlessly. I'm a senior citizen with lots of anxiety about tooth extractions. This was one of the the most pleasant dental experiences I've ever had. He and his staff are very professional and efficient.

I just want to say this office was sooo amazing so friendly so awesome! I went in to check my wisdom tooth as I was in so much pain, as much of a pain I was with changing my mind and unsure they still made me feel welcomed! Tracy was wonderful she made me feel at ease with my anxiety about getting it removed and had such a great personality! Dr king was amazing when removing my tooth told me everything he was doing and didn't make me feel unwelcomed or a bother! The staff here are also amazing and friendly! I was impressed! :)

Absolutely amazing experience! They were nothing but patient and understanding. Amazing staff in every aspect and I've never felt more comfortable in a dental environment than I have here. If anyone is anxious about getting their teeth extracted, then I highly recommend here.

I had to write a review for this place because I couldn't have ever imagined such a great experience getting teeth pulled. I feel crazy even saying that! If you have been putting off your extractions due to anxiety, definitely see Dr King. Everyone in the office was wonderful and welcoming. I was even having anxiety about being anxious because I felt like a 30-year-old baby walking in there. That's not how they treated me though and I'm so grateful. The receptionist checked my insurance ahead to verify it would pay for the procedure. The assistant who came in first was so pleasant and reassuring. I don't know if they could sense how nervous I was, or if they are just always so comforting. Dr King came in and told me everything to expect beforehand, what it would feel like, and what he was doing as he did it. He actually made it seem totally normal to be afraid. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. This is such a relief to finally have this taken care of. And while the tooth pulling definitely wasn't pleasant, it was quick, painless, and much less scary with Dr King telling me what was happening every step of the way. Please don't let the few bad reviews of this place steer you away. Perhaps if you act surprised or cop an attitude about your responsibility to pay, you might have an unfriendly experience during the billing process. But for me, every person I interacted with in this office was spectacular. Thank you so much Dr. King and staff! Im so much better off now, and greatly appreciate everything you've done for me today!

Today I went in a total mess. As most of us, I dont do well when it comes to dental work especially when you add the words oral surgery into the mix. Tracy and Dr. King made me feel at ease by taking the extra time to explain what was going to happen and what I was going to feel or not feel. I can't thank the team there enough for today's visit. I'm actually looking forward to going back and having the rest of my smile returned to what it once was. Go Team No Pain Thanks again, Jay

Dr. King and his staff are amazing! I never had teeth problems until my wisdom teeth started to bother me, and I had to pull off all four! I was really anxious and a little bit scared, but Dr King and his crew made me feel really comfortable with the whole situation. They were really kind and explained me everything about the procedure and what I should and shouldn't expect during and after the extraction. I had the same great experience at all the three times that I went there, it was painless and welcoming. I couldn't choose a better place. Thank you Dr King!
