Venetia received her B.A. degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey and her Master's degree from Howard University in Washington, DC. Venetiarecently completed her Ph.D. at Howard University. Venetia has several years of experience working in policy writing, research, and office management. She has worked with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances and is excited to use her excellent organizational skills coupled with her positive customer service experience as an office manager at Dover Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. Sabrina Hagans is the dental assistant at Dover Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. Sabrina graduated from Hillcrest High School in Queens, New York and completed a dental assisting program at Jamaica Hospital Health Center in Queens, New York. She has over 10 years of experience in various aspects of dentistry. She is married to her wonderful husband Dean and she has a beautiful sonnamedGavin. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching Bollywood films. Sabrinas vast knowledge of various aspects of dentistry coupled with her warm personality and friendly demeanor makes her a great asset to our practice. Sabrina will go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience at our office and she is looking forward to pampering YOU..and your SMILE!

Dr Dover and his staff are professional and polite.Dr Dover takes his time and answers questions in detail. His hygienists are the best! And I have to give a special shout out to Katie who goes above and beyond to accommodate clients scheduling and needs. And I live in the Ocean View/Bethany area but the excellent service and treatment is worth the drive.

My hygienist ( forgive me for not remembering her name but she is having a baby. ) was very polite ,professional , gentle but thorough. I had just had implants removed a week prior so my mouth was sensitive and she was very careful and mindful of that. She went over daily mouth hygiene care as a gentle reminder and provided me with a mouth care package to take home. It was a very positive experience.

Dr. Junior Dover is THEE BEST!! I was scheduled for 2 fillings but I had 3 on one side and they were all bothering me at times. He filled them all! I appreciate him. He was very gentle and I am ecstatic!

My visit today was for a cap on an upper tooth. And to get custom trays for a teeth whiting kit. This is my second visit to this office. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Dover is professional, knowledgeable and kind. I had questions. And he was more than happy to take the time to answer those questions. I recommend those looking for a good dentist to give his office a call.

I've never been a fan of the dentist. But I realized after finding Dr. Dover, it was that I haven't had great dentists! I still don't enjoy getting work done, but I really enjoy going to the dentist! Dr. Dover has been seeing my daughter and myself for over 11 years now! We were one of his original patients! My daughter loves going to the dentist and refuses to see any other dentist in his office! The receptionists know us on sight by name, and we always get the best treatment from start to finish! Now my youngest has started seeing Dr. Dover, and I know I don't have to spare a thought on if she will be properly cared for. I know she will. Best office. Best service. Best dentist. Hands down. No competition!

Dr. Dover is awesome! Called him at 9:30pm with a slight emergency and he called right back. My daughter was seen the next morning at 8:30 am. Wonderful staff and always so clean. All 3 of my children see him and I have been with them for over 8 years now.

Miss Liz is the best hygienist. She has been been our hygienist for almost 7 years. She is awesome! Dr. Dover is the nicest dentist ever. I actually look forward to going to the dentist!! The reception staff are the sweetest people too, they will answer any question!

Dr Dover has been our family dentist for 10 yrs now. He is very professional but also down to Earth and very friendly. This practice is very organized and all the staff are professional and knowledgeable. My appointments have almost always run on time..No long wait.The office is beautifully ddecorated. I would HIGHLY recommend. You will not be disappointed!
