No the best care I received. I waited for ever. When I went the mask mandate was still up and in affect. A patient came in with out a mask and they didn't care. Especially in a confined waiting room everyone should wear their mask. The place wasn't that clean.

fallen standard of care. i'd been going to this dentist for some years. just before covid, the better techs, assistants, and dentists stopped coming to this location. i'm not a fan of the primary dentist currently there. i was a former patient and left their practice for Dover. imagine my surprise to see my old dentist. i wasnt thrilled. i have had more billing issues and am still waiting for a new crown that i paid for six months ago. after this final service is completed i will be leaving this practice if that dentist is still there.

I don't normally write Google reviews, but this place is so appalling that people need to be warned. DO NOT GO! I was concerned about cleanliness when I first arrived- everything was kind of dusty and grimy. The office staff and dental assistant are great and super sweet, but the dentist was rude and unprofessional. She snapped at the assistant the whole time she was working on me, which was awkward. The cleaning could hardly be called a cleaning- she didn't even floss or put fluoride on my teeth! She scheduled multiple appointments at the same time and moved back and forth between patients, which is concerned me about hygiene. While she was replacing an old filling, she kept plunking the dental instruments and drill down on my CHEST instead of on a tray. She was so rough with my mouth and gums, I was tearing up. Shortly after, my mouth began swelling and I looked like a chipmunk within 24 hours. Had to go to the ER and they immediately gave me penicillin and told me it could've turned into an abscess if I'd left it untreated. Needless to say, I was too scared to go back for a follow up. This is the worst dental/medical care I've ever received and if this is standard for them, I'm shocked they haven't had some type of lawsuit and been shut down.

I had a very good experience my first time visiting the Dover Dental Group establishment. Don't listen to the other negative reviews on here. Those people are suffering from a bad attitude and unrealistic expectations. If you would like to be treated with respect and have work done on your teeth in a fast and efficient manner than this is definitely a place you should go. I'm glad I ignored the bad reviews and attended Dover Dental. I had an excellent visit and you will too! 5 stars for sure!

My mother went to this place to get a tooth pulled in November and the "old woman" left pieces which turned into infection that made her deathly sick for 6 weeks. She went bk in December to have the pieces removed and that old lady told her there were NO pieces but later took 3 pieces of tooth out while she was digging and scraping her gums and it's not over yet. I WILL NEVER refer anyone to this QUACK! LAY IT DOWN OLD LADY

Avoid this Dental embarrassment all cost! They are dirty, uncaring, and treat patients like cars in a scrapyard disassembly line.. the "Dentist" works pulling teeth on multiple patients, including kids, one after the other, seemingly with no time in between to clean or sterilize. They will take impressions to charge your insurance but never come through with any partials or dentures. Instead of being straight forward they just string you along until you realize they are not actually a legit dental practice! They had me check in every other week for 6 months until I finally broke it off with them when they asked me to come in and take another impression!!!! They costed me time and money, but more importantly made me look like a liar to my employer which destroyed my credibility! This place Might as well be an old school barber shop!!! The building alone should have scared me away but I wanted to support a local businesswoman. I'm sorry for the bad review, but its honest! Like

it had to have been the fastest cleaning on record, My teeth were not cleaned well, I needed to go to a different provider to get the job done right. They also totally screwed up the billing. Neither of my 2 coverage providers were billed. I ended up with an invoice amount of $295. I was both a "new patient" and a "former patient" the same day

If I could give it a minus score I would. I made an appointment today as a new patient. OK first of all the parking lot situation is subpar. While I'm walking through the back I see a window in the basement that looks like Dr. Frankenstein of teeth it was filthy. I open the door to the building in the front and the smell was so bad I just turned around and left. Yeah to me that's so unsanitary I don't care how old a building is. I have a Old house yet it has never smelled that bad. Yeah I found a different dentist.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! We have taken the children to visit this dentist regularly. The 8 year old had a filling done here last September and the dentist had to rework it this July. The dentist overfilled the tooth and did not file it down, disrupting the bite. Then we took the 6 year old here recently with some tooth pain near some caps she has on her back teeth. The dentist took xrays and said it might be growing pains. Throughout this visit the dentist said multiple times that she is not a children's dentist and that if the 6 year old continues to experience pain we should take her to a children's dentist. That was all we needed to hear to seek out a new dentist. We took the 8 year old to a children's dentist yesterday because of an abscess growing near the tooth she had filled twice at Dover dental. The xrays done yesterday show a botched job on the filling. It doesn't cover the cavity and there's a large overhang, making it difficult to floss and causing food to get trapped there. In addition, the 8 year old has FIVE more cavities that the dentist at Dover missed. One of these cavities is quite small and could perhaps be new. The other four are large and down to the nerve of each tooth containing one. It's been four months since she was seen at Dover. There is no question in my mind that the dentist just missed them. So now the tooth with the botched filling must be extracted. And we are looking at four teeth that need nerve work and caps. This woman has no business accepting children as patients, doing work on them, and then claiming that she is not a children's dentist. This is potentially permanent damage being caused and why?! It just seems greedy to take these little ones under your care and have photos of other children you have treated on the wall and then say that you aren't a children's dentist. Was that her disclaimer so she wouldn't feel she could be held accountabl when we went to another dentist and realized the mistakes she had made? Oh, and the dental assistant "washed" her hands for all of 5 seconds before moving on to the next patient. That is poor hygiene in any world and during these hard times that we are in, that is appalling. In addition, the place is filthy. The seats are ripped. Who knows the last time the floor was cleaned? The little caddy that holds all the electronic tools is covered in dust and grime. I can't even believe the children's mother took them there for this many years! The first time I saw the place I was disgusted, but stuck around to give it a chance. The staff was friendly enough, but, unfortunately, you need more than that to succeed in the health care field. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!

Do not come here for dental work! I was a new patient complaining about toothache pain in March 2021. You walk up several stairs to get to the office, once inside; the lobby and restroom is small. Through the door; the dental chairs and equipment are too close together. First visit, the x-ray machine wasn't working so it was unable to take the picture of my mouth. I have limited mouth opening due to injury/ trauma to my mouth. Dr. Hillaman is impatient, unfriendly, rude, and not very compassionate. She was getting aggravated I was unable to open my mouth even though my husband explained why. Dr. Hillaman was way too rough pulling out my tooth. Then, I had an x-ray done right after the extraction was over, I was in tears from the pain and ready to go home. This is not the place to send young children or children and adults who are mentally challenged.

Always in and out if there fast. Been going there for five years. Seem to always get a parking spot right in front. Waiting room is small but never crowded and pricing is very fair and plans are available.
