We are well-trained to address the special dental needs of your children. We also offer facial rejuvenation, using cosmetic procedure, that is used to restore a younger appearance to the human face without surgery. On the cosmetic side, we offer the most common, minimally invasive and reversible methods of treatment including BOTOX, fillers and micro-blading.
We are affiliated with many of the insurance companies. Dover Dental Center (MARYAM HAFEZI, DMD LTD), is a preferred provider for Met Life Insurance, Guardian, Delta, Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and many other insurers. We will work with you as your advocate. We will assist you in any way possible to work with your insurance carrier, so that you receive the maximum benefits or reimbursement that you deserve as our patient . I went to this dental practice for 2 years. Every visit the dentist, Dr. Hafezi, would highly recommend me to sign up for some "fast braces" plan that would cost me out-of-pocket because my teeth were somewhat misaligned. Each time I refused since they did not have a convincing argument for it. The final straw was when I was told my cleaning would cost an additional $200 out-of-pocket for a "deep cleaning" even though I had been going in for regular cleanings since I started seeing this dentist. Once I changed my dentist, I found out that I had four cavities that had been undetected by Dr. Hafezi for likely the whole time I saw her, and they performed a much better cleaning that was completely covered by the same insurance. I had asked if he would recommend I get braces, to which he said he thought it would only be needed if I was self-conscious about my teeth, affirming that Dr. Hafezi's recommendation was a ploy to make an unnecessary appointment and pocket the expense. I would never again choose this practice or dentist for myself or any family member.

The staff were all friendly. The dentist is excellent. Great dental hygienist. Efficient. You get seen on time and the service is smooth and done well.

Dr. Maryam Hafezi is absolutely the best! She is so warm, friendly, and kind. And also extremely good at her profession. I have been going to Dover Dental for approx 15 years (before she bought the practice). But she has made it an exceptional place and I highly recommend it. She is reasonable and credible with all of her recommendations needed and services rendered. She has a great staff too. Angie is the Hygienist and she is wonderful and does a great job with cleaning. 5 Stars to this team!!!

HMO patients beware... I will attempt to make this brief, this office gives false proposed treatment plans bordering on fraud. they add costs and when not even the ooutside vendor they claim it is going to know what it is for . I know his because i inquired who they used and called. Watch your bill and ask questions prior to service, there had been discussion between my HMO and the office over multiple times and the "fee" for the addiitonal service changed just as many. Then they changed the decription of what the fee was for to get around the HMO definition.This additional fee was hundreds of dollars. There are some good workers there. Dr hafezi herself can be caring at times and does seem to care about the patient generally but i believe they are in financial trouble and dont know what else to do but overcharge their customers. That being said i have however witnessed her talking about customers after they left in a negative light as another user has said. I will never return to Dover Dental.

Dr. Hafezi is an incredible dentist with a top notch staff. I got into an accident which required me to get a crown. The new tooth fits perfectly and looks natural - I am very pleased. I go to Dr Hafezi for all my dental needs: cleaning, whitening, repairs, etc. I HIGHLY recommend her!
