Dental Implants:Dental implants are artificial roots that are surgically placed into the jaw to replace one or more missing teeth. Porcelain crowns, bridges, and dentures can be made specifically to fit and attach to implants, giving a patient a strong, stable, and durable solution to removable dental appliances.
Orthodontics:Less visible and more effective brackets and wires are making straightening teeth with orthodontics much more appealing to adult patients. Also, in some cases, teeth may be straightened with custom-made, clear, removable aligners that require no braces.

When you manage to get called back and on the schedule, their service is great and everyone there is professional and kind. But I get put on hold indefinitely too often, and when I tried the online request for appointments I have only been contacted back once out of three times trying to use it. I have to reschedule a cleaning and each time I call I get put on hold before I can explain. This time I waited over 10 mins before hanging up.

I was on time for my appointment. And one of the young ladies who does the scheduling informed me that she had tried to reach me to inform me that my teeth had not come and so I made another appointment and paid on my bill. The person was pleasant and apologized for missing me with the information. And it worked out for me that I had the day to take care of some personal business. So to me it was a win-win situation.

I called on Thursday needing service on Friday and was told I could walk-in on Friday 9-11am. I arrived at 8:58pm, was treated with excellent customer service from all staff members including the dentist. I was out of the office by 10:06am with prescription in hand. A++ rating for dove family dentistry.

I have to reschedule for today from my initial visit so far I'm pleased with the professionalism Dr Polk was the dentist who I saw excuse me orthodontist who examined me it was okay he doesn't get a thumbs down he doesn't get a thumbs up he was just okay other than that I enjoyed the office staff hopefully I want to change dentist again

I came in before 11 o'clock and still didn't get seen, my tooth broke off in my mouth and I'm consistently coughing out blood and they basically are not helping me and I came at the appropriate time, completely unprofessional and liars their business is not gonna last long with lazy people and the three ladies that are sitting up there are an example of the laziness that needs to be eradicated from the city when it pertains to laziness and the dentist themselves only want the degree the money just to be self entitled and grandiose, i'm putting the word out for East Memphis not to go to this place absolute disgraceful
